A vampire?

In the warm bright room, Ophelia stared at Nikolai, who was still unconscious, as she ate a creamy yellow porridge while sitting on the chair next to the bed. Seeing him, his eyes closed, half of his body covered with a blanket, Ophelia smirked. He looked helpless and one could easily mistake him as gentle.

"Can I choke him?" Ophelia asked Rhaziel who was standing by the closed door.

The demon remained silent and only fixed his expressionless gaze on Nikolai. She put another spoon of porridge in her mouth, rolling her eyes. She had eaten a lot since she returned to the castle. Rhaziel had paid attention to her with that.

She was curious about the connection between Nikolai and the demon. Rhaziel's face may have been expressionless, but she could tell the demon was worried about Nikolai.

"Why did he collapse?" Ophelia questioned with wide-eyed curiosity, still holding the spoon in her mouth.
