"You scare me so much these days." Exhaling, Esmeralda tightened her hold on her mystic bow.
Ophelia stared, pressing her lips into a guilty smile. "All of it came as a surprise. I could not predict Alina.. I foolishly fell into her trap."
"She behaved exactly like Alexander?" Esmeralda was curious.
"Yes, but with distinct objectives. Alexander wished for the prosperity of Celestia. Alina simply wants to hold onto her position of authority. She claimed to be losing her abilities." Ophelia replied glumly, her eyes fixed on the snow-covered ground. The longer she stood using Esmeralda as a support, the more she began to regain her balance.
"It is only natural. You are the Luna now." Esmeralda furrowed her brow. "I believe I should return home."
"How come?" Ophelia gave her a sharp look. "Why?"
