Chapter 43

In the midst of a deserted road to the capital, a fierce battle took place. Many army jeeps were scattered all over the place. The heavy smoke of the jeeps on fire blocked the view. The gunshots were a noticeable feature in the middle of the shouting and yelling. Soldiers were hiding under jeeps and trucks. A ray of light flashed, and a lorry exploded while the blast threw away soldiers.

A man in camouflage attire picked up his transmitter with a grim face. He was the leader of this squad and had trained them for around five years; however, his soldiers were dropping dead every second, like falling leaves in Autumn.

Several minutes ago, An unidentified enemy ambushed them. His comrades still haven't spotted their sniper location. With every passing second, their situation became more hopeless. He would rather die with his squadron and run away alone with the so-called young master. He maneuvered through the vehicles until he found the secretary.
