"I don't know Isach, but you and your sisters seem to trust him, and that's enough for me." He grinned.

"Why?" I blurted. "I mean, you barely know us. Why are you so quick to trust our judgment?"

"Because you're four very smart women." He straightened and stretched again. "You're very calculated, and that's a useful skill when dealing in politics."

I narrowed my eyes. Apparently, he'd been studying us just as intently as we'd been studying him. I wasn't sure if I should be flattered or fearful. Knowledge was power, and the more he had, the worse for us. I was going to have to tell my sisters to be more cautious around him.

"And what if our judgment is wrong?" I asked.

"Then we'll deal with it." He shrugged. "Though I doubt you're wrong about this. After all, Isach did stay with you for a while, did he not?"

"He did." I nodded.

"You must have gotten to know him during that time." Prince Gregory raised a brow.
