Few days passed since She talked to Veronica, and even if she can't date her in her suit, she can without it, so the blonde girl decided to ask her out today

She told Alex and he agreed to do this, so she went to the police station and asked for veronica she waited a little but after a few minutes the girl was in front of her

"Hey, detective" she said with a smile and the goth girl walked closer to her

"Hey, how can I help you?" She asked looking absolutely tired, like someone who hasn't slept for days

"I hope you remember me, and I can't stop thinking about you, so I wanted to ask if you want to grab a coffee with me sometime?" Edith asked with a smile and stepped closer

Veronica thought for a second "I'm kinda seeing someone" she said and the blonde girl smiled "is it serious?" Edith asked and the detective sighed

"I don't know yet" Veronica told her and edith got a piece of Paper and wrote down her number "here's my number if you change your mind" the taller girl said and gave her the paper

That when she heard Alex speaking to her "hey, there's the guy again he's doing an armed robbery again, in 10th avenue" the boy said quickly

"Okay, I have to go now bye! " she said and left the building quickly Edith had another suit in her bag just to these cases she changed and she was on her way

When she got there bullets were fired they were at the the docks and they were trying to do something with one of the ships "oh look who decided to join our fun activity" Zeus said with a maniac grin on his face

"You know they call you violet?" He asked and Edith didn't know she had a name its kind a cool she thought "I don't what are you doing here?" Edith asked while she was surrounded

"Oh I just want to blow up some people, but I can hear a car coming who could that be?" He asked and laughed at the end she looked around and saw Veronica's car coming

Then stopping a few meters away from them "let her go!now! " she yelled at them but they didn't listen "hello detective" he yelled back and waved at her

He aimed his rifle to Veronica, and Edith had enough she decided to fight she put all four on the ground, then Zeus pulled out the detonator, and he pushed the button

They were extremely close to it, Edith ran to Veronica and pushed her on the ground laying on top of her, protecting her from it she felt a sharp pain in her arm

After a minute she looked up and he was gone and of his people "are you okay?" Veronica asked and pushed Edith off of her, a window piece went through her right arm

"I'm getting you to the hospital" she said and stood up "no! Hell no!" Edith said while The goth girl helped her up

"Okay then I'm patching you up, where's your base or something?"

Veronica asked and sat in her car and Edith told her where to go, when they arrived both walked in and down to the basement, seeing Alex eating some Cheetos

"Give me some" Edith said and snatched the bag from him "hey, I was eating that, oh hello Veronica" the boy said with a smile on his face "where's the medical kit?" Edith shurgged

Veronica ran out to her car and got her medical kit "you have to take your suit off so I can sew you together" the smaller girl said and Enid thought for a second "but then your gonna know who I am"

She said worridly, she can't know the truth not yet and she can't go to the hospital, Edith didn't know what to do Alex couldn't sew neither she, it was Veronica or bleeding out
