chapter 3

Jack's pov,

I walked towards the door ignoring the guy who was in a daze.

I could hear screams mixed with roars as I walked inside,

when I came in hope and Alaric were standing near a wolf/werewolf in chains and three people lying on the ground unconscious.

"what the hell is that? " asked Landon as he rushed towards hope , but hope cast a spell on him to make him unconscious.

"uconscise" shouts hope as she tries to make me unconscious too but unfortunately for her I am strong enough to resist without even a sweat.

"Hello Ms.hope I presume, isn't it rude to use magic on strangers who you just met." I said try to sound cool to impress her, but she ignored me and turned her head to Alaric

who was looking at me curiously and said

" it will take about 15 min for the full moon to end, and for him to change back into human form".

" ok I will call the sheriff and inform her to take care here you should take our friend Jack and Landon to wait in the van" Alaric said still looking at me.

"alright" replied hope walking towards Landon wanting to carry him but I ran over at vamp speed and picked him up before she could react and said "Men should do the heavy work" trying to cover up the fact I don't want her to touch boys except me.

"whatever... " she replied trying to conceal the worry in her eyes but I saw it, but pretended otherwise as we walked out.

I threw the guy in the back as I sat and hope was sitting in the front. it was getting awkward and silent. I wanted to talk to her so i said

'hi I am Jack, just Jack no surname"

Hope turned her without replying and asked "what are you Jack?"

"Me, I am immortal the first of my kind, not pseudo ones who can be killed and I can copy other races too." I said and she looked at me with wide eyes 'so cute' I thought.

'hey hope can I say something?"

"ok" she replied.

"I think I am in love with you so don't even think about loving someone else as you will be mine for eternity, so wait for me ". I said in a commanding tone leaning forward and kissed her lightly on her lips and got out of the van and left as I saw Alaric coming out with Rafael unconscious on his shoulder and I wanted hope to process my confession.

Hope's pov,

I sat in daze touching my lips and Alaric was driving. I was processing the words that Jack said. I wanted to shout at him and say you don't mean anything to me but I know that was false as I fell for him at first sight and when he kissed me I knew I can't forget him anymore.

"Hope what's going on here?"

asked Landon who just woke up.

I looked at him wanting to say something but Alaric interrupted saying "you know him hope?"

"he used to serve me milkshakes at the mystic grill" I said

"can you tell me what's going on here?" said Landon.

"oh we will explain everything, we're almost there!" said Alaric.

Salvatore school, mystic falls.

As we arrived at the school both lizzy and Josie came out greeting Alaric and me. but I am not in the mood now so I walked towards my room ignoring everyone in a daze.

third person pov,

"hey hope you ok?" asked Alaric but she ignored him and went in.

"what happened to her dad?" asked Josie.

"I don't know, I will talk to her later. why don't you help me introduce the school to Rafael here while I take Landon for a chat by the way call MG to my office."

"ok dad" replied Lizzy looking excitedly at Rafael.

In headmaster office

"so you are telling me vampires and werewolves are real and they were created by witches." shouted Landon going crazy.

"yes, and what we do here at Salvatore school is to teach them how to hide and protect themselves." said Alaric looking Landon.

knock..knock...

come in said Alaric .

"hello headmaster you wanted to see me" said MG who came.

"yes MG compel mr.landon here and tell him forget anything about supernatural" said Alaric.

"wait..." before Landon can say anything mg looked at him in the eyes and said

"forget everything you saw and heard here and go home".

"why should I forget?". Landon freaked out and tried to escape shouting help but Got knocked out by mg.

"well I think he has vervain in him, lock him up for a day. if he can't be compelled, we will figure out something."

so Landon woke up in cell feel claustrophobic.

"you are awake." said hope looking at Landon.

"what's happening here hope?" asked Landon.

"well, Mg tried to compel you but it failed so Alaric thinks you have vervain in your system as the sheriff would put vervain in the water near gas station" said hope.

"what you want me forget everything I saw here" Landon asked.

"yes Landon, its for your own good" said hope.

"no it's not I like you hope and I don't want to forget you" said Landon looking at hope.

to which hope said " I already have someone I love Landon you should move on too". and left without looking back.

"what who do you like?" looking at her leaving shouted Landon but she ignored him and left.
