Chapter 182: Good or Bad? Who Knows?

"So, what do you suggest we do in this predicament, Idonea?" Asked Marley seriously after several minutes of thinking, only to come up with nothing.

"Hmm? Why are you asking me?" Replied Idonea with a raised eyebrow while suspiciously glancing at Marley, knowing it would take a lot for someone as prideful as her to ask for help.

"Tch, don't give me that look; I know what you're thinking; just because I'm prideful doesn't mean I'm stubborn or stupid. I know when a situation is out of my control, and one of those times is right now, so I figured, given your past, you'd have a better idea of what to do." Stated Marley with furrowed brows and a huff of annoyance as she eyed Idonea floating before her.

"If we're in a bad or dangerous situation, why not just retrace our steps and find either Prince Elif or Princess Elaine? There is no way they're also trapped like us. Right?" Said Sarah as she freed herself from Marley's embrace and floated in the air beside the two.

"It's probably the best idea, but it's simply not a feasible option; while it's possible we could retrace our flight to where we first arrived in this realm and go west, that'd only create more problems." Commented Idonea with a shake of her head as she gazed north.

"Huh? Why not? We all know His Highness and Her Highness Qi, so it shouldn't be too hard to find them or traces of battles they've participated in." Remarked Sarah as she tilted her head in confusion while looking at Idonea, hoping she'd go further into detail.

"First off, this supposed Treasure realm is large, even compared to other Heavenly realms, so locating their Highnesses would be a difficult task as our divine sense isn't capable of covering a large enough area. Secondly, though we know where they've gone, we can't follow after them, even if we know their exact location; the further west you head, the stronger the beasts become. Marley and I only have a late Divine cultivation base, so once we start encountering beasts with strength comparable to a peak Divine King cultivator, we will have reached our limit; going any deeper would be suicide." Stated Idonea as she paused to catch her breath while Sarah intently listened to her every word.

"Thirdly, since the medallions aren't working, that either means the Qi inside of them has dissipated, or the passage his Majesty created to this realm is gone, and considering I can still sense his Majesty Qi inside the medallions, it's clear what's happened. Since that's the case, retracing our steps will only result in us most likely getting lost; at least right now, we still have a general idea of where we are, even if it's not ideal. Lastly, we don't know for sure their Highnesses are west, although they said they'd go west; that was a little over three weeks ago; they could've very well headed south or north since then." Added Idonea solemnly while glancing at Sarah and Marley, who both nodded in acknowledgment of her analysis.

After Idonea's speech, I once again started thinking of ways to escape, though just like before, I was empty-headed; I couldn't think of a single way to realistically leave this realm.

'The only way I can think of to leave this realm is to ascend to a True God, and while I'm confident both Idonea and I will achieve that one day very, far into the future, what about Sarah? Although I've always called her trash in the past, with her aptitude, I-I wasn't necessarily wrong; Saint spirit root isn't enough to become a True God.' Thought Marley with a frown as she looked at Sarah, who, just like Idonea, was formulating plans in her own little world.

"Haa, whatever, if it really comes down to that, which I hope it doesn't, I'll have millions, most likely billions of years to think of a solution, so until then, I don't need to stress myself out. Heh, well, all that would matter is whether I become a True God before Sarah's life-span ran out, since by then, I'll have the power to destroy the realm, and I'll be able to take her with me into the void in search of the OverRealm." Muttered Marley with a sigh while she hung her head, though an idea sparked inside her a few moments later.

Widening my eyes, I quickly looked through my dimension ring before finding a crystal ball filled with purple Qi; I summoned the crystal ball and held it out for both Idonea and Sarah to see as I confidently smirked, and while this may not allow us to escape this realm, it should at least garner their Highnesses attention.

"What is that, Sister? I can sense His Highness Qi radiating from it." Asked Sarah curiously while closely inspecting it, though she refrained from touching it as she could sense the massive amounts of Qi it held.

"I suppose that could work in getting their Highness's attention, but are you sure we should use it? You know His Highness only gave those to us so that we may use them in times of desperation." Remarked Idonea lightly as she eyed the crystal ball; the Qi inside would occasionally form into a purple palm before once again dissipating.

"Well, while I wouldn't really claim our immediate situation has turned desperate yet, things that shouldn't occur are happening, so I'd prefer His Highness being a little annoyed with me rather than waiting too late." Replied Marley lightly while glancing at Idonea, who sighed but nodded as she grabbed Sarah and quickly backed away.

"Why are we backing away, Idonea?" Asked Sarah in confusion, though she didn't bother resisting, mainly because she trusted her, but also, any of her attempts would be useless.

"What Marley is holding is a crystal ball containing a full-powered attack from his Highness; he had given them to us a few years ago, and whenever he improves his cultivation base, he'll strengthen them. What you're about to witness is His Highness's full strength, comparable to that of a Peak Divine Emperor Cultivator." Stated Idonea seriously as they distanced themselves tens of kilometers just to be safe since neither of them could resist such a powerful attack.

Once Idonea and Sarah were a good distance away, I outstretched the hand holding the crystal ball and took a deep breath before crushing it, causing a mighty pressure to envelope me as a giant purple palm that radiated power equal to that of a peak Divine Emperor cultivator, emerged in the air as it swiftly slammed toward the forest below while carrying with it a tremendous amount of power and momentum.

Not wishing to be nearby for the initial impact, I quickly flew away, heading straight for Idonea and Sarah; the instant I arrived beside them, the purple palm collided with the ground, erupting in a giant explosion and causing a massive shockwave that pushed us back even from such a distance, followed by the ground for as far as the eye could see to violently shake as if a realm quake had just occurred.

Protecting Sarah lest she gets flung away like a ragdoll amidst these intense shockwaves, once they finally began to settle down, we looked back at the forest, only to see nothing except a massive crater that spanned roughly ten kilometers, while further beyond trees had been uprooted by the extreme winds, causing the surroundings of the crater to look barren as if just a few seconds ago this place wasn't formally a forest.

"S-So much destruction, and just from one attack; H-His Highness is so powerful." Remarked Sarah in amazement with widened eyes as she viewed the desolate landscape that stretched for hundreds of kilometers.

"Of course, there is a lot of destruction; even if you watch His Highness fight in the future, there will seldom ever be this much destruction. Not only because the Overrealm is significantly more robust than a Heavenly realm but mainly because His Highness has immaculate control over all of his Qi and techniques, which allows him to minimize their damage while keeping their strength the same, something both Idonea and I find difficult to achieve." Declared Marley with slight traces of astonishment as she gazed upon the sheer destruction the royal elf palm caused.

"Speak for yourself, Marley; I've always had better control of my Qi than compared to you. However, now that we've used one of His Highness's attacks, it shouldn't be too long for their Highnesses to arrive at our location." Said Idonea, glancing at Marley as she furrowed her brows, looking at the destroyed forest.

"Did you have to point the attack toward the ground? Just know that if this is actually the Treasure realm, you're taking all the blame, not me." Added Idonea lightly with a faint smile as she glanced at an irritated Marley who had summoned her spear.

While Sarah was attempting to defuse a fight from erupting between Idonea and Marley, their actions of using Elif's attack had worked; although he may not be close enough to sense it with his divine sense, it is his own Qi, as long as his senses weren't obstructed, even from such a distance he'd still be able to perceive it. Though Elif wasn't the only one who had perceived it, a massive group of rampaging creatures sensed it as well, as they swiftly headed toward the three women while destroying everything in their path.

I almost forgot a certain yandere Princess also happened to sense it.
