Jiang Yan sat comfortably in a dimly lit Japanese restaurant, the aroma of freshly prepared sushi wafting through the air. Director Jim, sporting an ear-to-ear grin, moved around the table with an air of enthusiasm, serving dish after dish onto Jiang Yan's plate. "That's enough, Director Jim. You're spoiling me with all this food," she said, her voice calm and composed.
