Fifty six

Minutes turned into hours, hours to a day and a day into almost a week. Kayden felt like he was going crazy, he had tried everything, gone through his contacts, asked his connections for any signs of Everette but it all came down to nothing, no clue, no sign of him, nothing.

He hasn't been eating much, hasn't been concentrating on his work, hasn't even been sleeping much, it took Bryson putting his foot down and telling him it's either Kayden rests or he's going to resign as his a P.A. As much of an idiot Kayden is, loosing his best employee is not an option.

That's why he's at home on a Monday afternoon, trying his best to get some sleep but he just can't, because whenever he closes his eyes, all he can see is Everette hurt and alone somewhere.

Then his phone rings.

Kayden wants to ignore it, he's really not in the mood to chat, hasn't been in the mood for awhile now, but the phone won't stop ringing.

He picked it up from the nightstand swiping and answering the phone.
