As soon as Leng San woke up in the middle of an unknown forest, he became stupefied. His grandfather, his Leng Clan, and the clan’s enemy, the Asuras, that were fighting against each other were all gone. “Lightning Horse, wake up!!” Wei Du tried to call his partner while sending Lightning God Qi in to activate the runic weapon. The young man himself was not sure whether repairing it this way would bring back the spirit of the Lightning Horse.


“Don't you want that bird's power?!” Wei Du growled even louder, looking at the Heavenly Lightning Bird, which was barely breathing.


“You don’t need to shout. I need a rest. Why don't you try dying like I did, so you know how bad it feels?” Lightning Horse's voice rang, murmuring.


Wei Du smiled widely with joy before slowly changing into a fierce expression.


“This is not the time to rest. First, I intended not to kill the bird for the sake of her kids. But at this point, even though I leave her like this, the Heavenly Lightning Bird will not survive. So, we will follow the same plan!!” Said Wei Du.


“I see,” Lightning Horse replied before the vision of a Lightning Horse appeared.
