After Alexander left, the Spirit of Annihilation went on a furious rampage for a while. However, the chains rising from the ground and all the restrictions within the water prison kept it firmly in check. No matter how enraged it was, it remained unable to break free.

But not long after, the water prison began shaking violently!

The chains binding the Spirit of Annihilation rattled hard. A tangible aura leaked from them and vanished into thin air.

With just a slight movement, the Spirit of Annihilation snapped every one of those chains. All the suppressive forces that had held it in place within the water prison weakened dramatically in a very short time.

For a few seconds, the Spirit of Annihilation just stood there in disbelief, its newly freed limbs hanging at its sides. Then it threw back its head and let out a triumphant laugh.
