Her eyes widened while looking at Caden's naked body. But what made her heart beat faster was when he turned to look at her.

His eyes seemed so cold and distant. As if he wasn't the Caden she knew. He stared at her like she was someone he didn't know.

"C-Caden, I-I'm sorry. I called your name b-but you didn't answer." She stuttered.

She was supposed to run away when Caden walked toward him. She froze and couldn't take a single step.

His upper body wasn't full of scars, but it was full of tattoos. He had a rose tattoo on his neck, a skull pierced with a sword, and wings on his chest.

His gaze danced over her face. He tilted her chin up and quickly took her lips. Being away from each other for nine days felt like forever. A sudden surge of different emotions filled their hearts.

She wrapped her arms around his neck and began answering his kisses. Caden felt her haste when she unbuttoned his shirt and touched his chest. He grabbed her hand and slightly moved away.

She nodded. "Yes, and I want to make love to you."

His eyes flared with lust and excitement. She didn't ask when he carried her and took her to the bathroom. His hands took her clothes off, leaving nothing but her bare skin.

She was craving for him and continued to kiss him hungrily as she removed his clothes. Caden turned the shower on, making her shiver when the water touched her skin.
