Grow Up

Today is not a good day. And it's only lunchtime now and I have the whole afternoon to bear through after this. First I get this Shu bastard, then I get jumped on by the seniors. Neither problem is gonna go away.

When lunchtime started, the girls were flocking to Shu again. Maybe it's me who should ask the teacher to change my seat. This is bothersome.

But Kulu was tactful and knew just what to do. He gestured to the three geeks on the other side to come over, so they all came over with their lunches and sat around an impromptu table made by joining Shu and Kulu's desks.

The girls that were standing around slowly backed off and moved away. They may find Shu cute but they don't want to share the table with geeks and probably get ogled at.

"Boh, you come here too"

"Kulu also asked me to join them"

No way.

"Nah I'm fine"

"Aw… you don't like me anymore?", Shu looked at me with fake sad eyes.

This little bastard...

But I remembered what Kulu said before and decided to let it go. He was right. This boy's just a kid. He's in high school now but because he skipped classes it's literally been just a year since he graduated elementary school.

Gees... What was I doing getting all worked up...

"Shu- , cut it out"

Kulu flicked Shu's forehead and Shu let out a squeaky ouch!

"Pfft..", I almost laughed

"What are you laughing at?"

"Hey kid, eat well and grow up some more. Maybe we can talk in a few years"

I gave a smirk, got up, and left the classroom.
