CHAPTER EIGHTEEN (A POWERLESS PRINCESS)

"The power she carries within her as she moves is unbelievable." The commander said to himself with admiration in his eyes for his General.

The princess returned to the palace and Sangth took her along with her to the throne room. At the entrance, the princess heard something and stopped in her tracks. The Shaman was talking to the queen.

"Princess Hanra does not have magic within, she does now have the power of music "Etsako" How will she protect our kingdom? Sooner or later, the people will find out about this. On her coronation, she has to show her powers before all. How will you hide it? The people will not let you be at peace after they find out."

Princess Hanra almost lost her balance after hearing this. Since she was a child, she often wondered why she couldn't sing and would ask her mother but her mother always told her that hers was only taking longer and that she would sing a magical song someday now she finally realized that her Mother was lying.

"I never knew that I brought so much pain to my mother and still I kept misbehaving with her and kept doing whatever I pleased." Princess Hanra said to herself and tears came out of her eyes.

She turned and wanted to go away when Sangth stopped her and asked.

"Where are you going to now princess?"

"I am leaving the palace, I don't want my mother to see my face, it will only bring her pain and I can't bear that. I will make sure she doesn't see my face." Princess Hanra replied and went away.

"Oh gods of our land. Princess Hanra will put me in trouble, she doesn't listen." Sangth cried to herself.

She wanted to go in and inform Her Highness immediately but she dared not do that or she would be slayed. No one can dare go before the queen while she is still busy with the Priestess of Kugama Kingdom.

"What do I do? " Sangth said to herself and went stamping her feet on the ground.
