-Saint-Marcus.

Victor POV.

/"You want to come out?/" Felix asks me, I've been hiding in my room ever since dad spanked me, I hate when he does that, I'm not a child anymore, even if he wants to believe I'm one.

/"No, I want to stay in,/" I answer him, I'm sad, everyone knew it, everyone could feel how mad I was.

/"Come on Vic, you've been in since last week, even the kings missed you,/" he says, it wasn't a lie, dad checks on me every day, Aro came once, Caius didn't.

/"I don't feel like going out, dad won't allow me out of the castle anyway,/" I whine not caring how I sounded, I just want to get a chance to try a human life, it's not that I don't like being a vampire, but I'm so restricted. I want to try new things, I want to go out without the threat of my bum being handed to me for misbehaving.

/"It's saint Marcus day, he always allow you out to join the festival,/" Felix contract me, being a half-blood, I don't really shine, not like them, and the festival coats would keep me hidden.

/"I don't know,/" I mumble, getting just slightly excited about this, I had no one out there to celebrate with me, but it's a party non the less.

/"Yes you know, come on, you can't just keep sulking in your room, who's going to wipe the happy smile from Demetri's face,/" he says, which got me interested enough, I sat up on my bed. I first had to get dressed, I need a shower and a good meal, I turned to Felix about to tell him to send me some food, but he beat me to it.

/"I'll tell them to send you lunch,/" he says, leaving my room.

I first had a burning hot shower, I don't feel the cold as much as humans, but I prefer the heat of the water in my showers, it helps me relax. I washed my hair a few times making sure that my blond locks are clean, using conditioner afterwards. I finished my shower and got dressed for the day, I went with jeans again and a jumper, remembering to add my shoes and my cloak. I looked young, I'm hundred years old and still look like I'm fifteen, I don't even look fifteen, but I won't go any younger.

/"Dad, uncles,/" I say with a big smile going inside their throne room ignoring everyone else, including Demetri.

/"Victor,/" they all answer greeting me, dad opened his arms for me, I ran toward him, maybe I'm not mad at him anymore.

/"What you up to?/" dad asks knowing that I didn't just come out without a purpose, usually they have to drag my pouty face out and hope my mood will lift in a day or two.

/"Today is Saint Marcus day, your day! I want to go out and celebrate you,/" I say with a big smile trying my best to project how excited I was, it got him excited too.

/"And you promise to behave? Not to get in trouble?/" dad asks teasing me, I nod my head yes like an excited puppy.

/"Then you can go, I expect you to be back by nightfall, healthy and in one piece,/" he says giving me one last hug finally allowing me out of the castle.

I ran outside, so happy and excited, I even ignored Demetri hateful glare, I went toward the door, they had to call down to check with dad before allowing me out, usually, I sneak out, but today I had permission, I was out the front door and off to enjoy the festival. I loved the food, I loved the people, celebrating a city without vampires when they are ruled by us, it's just fun really.

Around noon, I saw a random white chick running through the fountain, humans are always late, if she wants to keep up with her friends, she should have come earlier. But when she ran in front of me I got a scene of her feeling, they were so strong, she was afraid like she's about to lose someone, that got me interested, I turned to follow her, where she's going, who's dying, this is the best excitement I've had in so long.

The girl made it to the tower the place I came from, I saw another guy standing there, his emotions screamed pain, maybe they share the same person who died, a lover? When he came out, closer to the sun, I could tell he's a vampire, he's about to shine and sparkle! Uncle Aro is going to have his head for it. But then the girl came running toward him, their body collapsing, they both went in, I followed them, he was saying something about her being alive which is cute, but then Jane came in view, things are about to get ugly.
