Instead of replying she lies her head on my chest and sighs. /"I remember. I ran away from my friends because they got tired of me looking out for them. I felt like I couldn't fit in because I didn't like alcohol or kissing strangers. They made me feel like an outcast./"

/"You always stood out among them. And that's why I liked you./"

/"Liked me?/" Her eyes sparkle at my confession.

/"Yeah. Why else would I always be around you?/"

/"You never admitted that to me./"

Tugging her to me, I attach us, so there's no space between us. I've had enough of that for the past ten years.
