"There's a favor I'd like to ask of you." Weslin said with a smile, looking at the radiant yet aloof woman before him.
Even though he could see the obvious impatience in her eyes, he had no choice but to patiently curry favor.
This was the youngest academician at the Scientific Research Institute, and universally acknowledged as the top candidate to succeed the next directorship.
If he could secure her support, it was as good as claiming half the skies over the city.
