To Offend A Platinum Rank Adventurer

['Protection Symbol of Gehenna']

['Medallion Of Terra']

['Njormir's Golden Statue']

['Orb of the Pathfinder Wind']

Albrecht eyed the four items in front of him, before putting them back in storage. Even though every item seemed premium, he knew that they just served as symbols to prove someone's allegiance to a certain Overseer.

The first one 'Protection Symbole of Gehenna', for instance, is just like the Mystical Fire Stake.

It served as proof that someone was a follower of Fjormir, the Overseer of Fire.

As for the other three items, it represented the other three Overseers.

"Finally got all of them. Now, all I need to do is get to the Eleventh Outerlayer and talk to Fjormir about lending me her aid." Albrecht muttered to himself as he walked out of the First Outerlayer and into the outskirts of the Rilegarthe Kingdom.

Sheila continued to follow him since they'd be helping each other out from now on— or so that's what Albrecht told him when he recruited her. It's not like she was against it, however, since she wanted to get out of that forsaken place for quite some time now.

All she ever did there was loaf around while waiting for the first challengers to try and conquer the Hidden Dungeon. And for hundreds of years, no one came.

In a way, Albrecht granted her freedom, and she was extremely thankful for it.

Honestly, she didn't feel bad about the other disciples who were left behind. She didn't even feel the slightest bit of compassion for the other disciples who were killed.

After all, they were only put there to guard the place. They got along just fine since they were too focused on getting stronger— in fact, they were too focused that they didn't bother the other disciples. In the end, all of them grew even more distant from one another so they couldn't care less whether one of them dies or lives.

Still, Sheila could more or less guess that the other disciples were envious of her. After all, she was able to get out and roam the world freely while they were still stuck there, awaiting further instructions from the Undead Bonesword Samurai. And quite frankly, they doubt that he'd give them another set of instructions, considering that they have nothing to guard anymore.

Who knows, maybe some of them could even be permitted to go outside— but that was just Sheila's useful thinking.

"Oi, Sheila, we're entering a kingdom so it'd be best if you covered up a little bit," Albrecht advised, handing her an oversized hooded robe which she immediately put on herself.

She was sensible enough to know that Albrecht was more knowledgeable about the place. That's why she remained silent and decided to follow his very advice.

For one, she was oblivious to the fact that the undead were viewed negatively by human society. If she were to show herself in front of a stranger, they'd probably lash out at her. It was only a lucky break that the Grapevine Party didn't attack her at first glance when they saw her come out of the Hidden Dungeon with Albrecht.

"Also, if you can, try to hide your Zecian Aura as well. You're pretty powerful, so the others would get curious if they were to detect the energy emanating from you."

Once again, Sheila nodded her head as she suppressed a significant portion of her Zecian Aura.

The guards who were stationed by the entrance to the kingdom saluted at Albrecht when they saw him. But when they noticed the Bronze Tag fastened around his neck, they heaved a sigh of relief and relaxed.

"We'd like to check your Bronze Tag before you go in." The guards put their hands in front of Albrecht, preventing him from entering the kingdom.

"My Bronze Tag? O-okay?" Albrecht asked, wondering if it was a new policy. Not thinking too much about it, he flashed his Bronze Tag in front of the guards.

Upon checking his Bronze Tag, they realized that it was legitimate, and they chuckled amongst themselves.

They were new entrance guards, and honestly, they were getting a little bored after watching over the entrance for the whole day without anything interesting transpiring.

"Oi~ you're seriously this weak?" The guards pointed a finger at Albrecht who remained quiet while they burst in laughter. "I've seen cockroaches stronger than you, you know, haha!" The guards continued.

"How about the girl lemme—" The first guard stopped short as he eyed Sheila who awkwardly wrapped the robe around her body.

Just one look, and they could tell that Sheila had great proportions and a curvaceous figure. With lecherous eyes, they approached Sheila who pulled down her hood so they won't see her undead face.

"Oi, pretty lady, why are you with this weak guy? You should join us at the local tavern tonight, you know, grab a couple of drinks." The first guard flirtatiously cooed.

"Yeah, for sure we'll be more interesting than this weak guy with you." The second guard continued.

"Say, we're clocking out in five minutes, do you want to go with us?" One of the guards asked as he tried to put an arm on Sheila's shoulder.

At this point, Albrecht knew that Sheila might kill the two guards if she was carelessly provoked. Before the bloodbath commenced, Albrecht barely had enough time to put his hand in front of Sheila, shaking his head to gesture that she shouldn't make a bold move right now.

"Oi, what's the big ide—"

Before the second guard could continue what he was saying, Albrecht heaved a sigh and showed him a Platinum Tag. He didn't want to do this, but this was the only way to quietly get inside the kingdom without causing a scene.

"H-h-he's a—" The first guard shakily pointed at Albrecht after a resounding long pause. It didn't even take a second for them to confirm that he was holding a bona fide Platinum Tag.

"Now, could you let us in? We're about to register her to the guild." Albrecht reasoned out. This way, they won't have to question Sheila's identity and probe her with pressing questions.

"R-r-right this way, sir!" The second guard bowed his head as he distanced himself from Albrecht and Sheila.
