Chapter 6

Few steps descending to lower levels, a pair of feet met the intriguing second best A class door, eagle binoculars surveying for a single quiet girl. Try as they did, two sets weren't enough, failing to lock onto any brightly blinding aura. Turning back in surrendering sighs, leaps tailed their next actions, hearts point blank from collapsing. Both collected normal beats, seconds after their ghostly target appeared.

Sakae.... _Oh my, sorry, i seem to have scared you. I believe you're here for me?_

In hopes of gathering sanity, the two kept words at bay, downing resistant nods teeming of swelling rage.

Sakae.... _I see, then please follow me to the student council room. This here happens to be an assembly of eerie gossips._

Stretching a look towards her class, haunted by useless group discussions, a wave of pity pushed her head to a swing, quickly twirling to flounce down the hallway.

Perfectly set around a serene corridor lay some quiet room, peculiarly by the end with a brown placard on top. Carving the elegant golden letters "*Student Council*", sublime regal air blew out as she slid open the door.  Not so surprisingly though, considering it deemed the most revered clubroom at Koniaki.

Paired among heights of actual royalty, the absurdly large space rebelled against normalcy, furnished by an expensive African Blackwood refectory table, in addition to impeccable chinese-provenance leather sewn chairs.

Sakae.... _This will be our meeting place until two weeks from now. During that entire time, the usual council won't be attending so long as we're still in preparation. I asked them to give it up for our short use and they agreed._

As easily attained as it sounded, Rintaro feigned impressed eyes, fully aware how _miss perfect_ acquired the most worshipped room with little effort.

Together as a beloved vice president, and the simple fact of being queen Sakae Sasaki, such benefits came partly to the popularity package. If those two didn't hit right, nothing else could, so long as it wasn't part of _little miss genius_' backup ideas.

Grabbing respective seats on the long table, everyone forked quizzical stares, noticing a fourth figure seemingly asleep.

Sakae.... _Ahem!, Koshi!?_

The boy woke up to surprise, falling off his chair. Next he was screaming 'What?!, what?!," until meeting Sakae's glowing black eyes.

????.... _Uh oh, Sae sorry, i kinda dozed off after you took so long to go get our company._

Sasaki drew close to an outrage, following what she considered, an acquaintance's idiocy. She stopped seconds after perceiving the unhinged bodies of her colleagues, curiously spearing deep looks. Adamant on the whole perfection ideal, her delicate throat furtively changed the tone, expression and topic. But perhaps too little too late, Haruno began to retrieve doubt.

Sakae.... _Well, i suppose introductions are in order huh? I'll go ahead and introduce my sleepy friend here. This is Koshiro Kikuchi, a first year student in my class, and possibly my best friend._

In the short quickening moments, a thump aroused Rin's heart, gunning on some stagger-shackling realization.
