Aftermath of Black Prison Territory's Battle

After the wave of force had finished its job Lei Jin looked around. "Let's make sure there weren't any that somehow managed to evade destruction. Hmm… I see… so there was another path to place. Good. That will make this easy. Now… to see what the Army will do…" Lei Jin thought, as he retracted his Divine sense and landed on the deck of the Azure Void's Flagship.

"Congratulations to the newest Pillar of the Human Race, Lei Jin." The Human Race Army said, all at once. Their voices rattling the void.

"Welcome back Jin'er. I wonder… How is your condition?" Azure Heart asked. And many eyebrows were raised.

"Mother Azure Heart is still worried about that thing? *sigh* I am… incapable of ever being inked. And moreover I highly doubt even if I was… that a single Ink Giant Spirit God would be able to handle inking over 400 million worlds. So Mother has nothing to fear. I'd be more worried about brother Yang Kai… It seems like he is having a breakthrough as well and perhaps so is the majority." Lei Jin smiled innocently. "Though I am still not satisfied. The battle is not yet over. The Ink Battlefield is still yet plagued by the disgusting powers of the Ink Clan. However, the Human Race Army is not required to follow me there this time." He then continued with a serious and mournful look.

"Lei Jin! Are you going to the battlefield now? But you can't! You need to give us more babies first!" Xia Meili shouted out. "I want 3 more and you have to give me three more!" She continued pouting.

"Then so it shall be. This Husband will grant this wish. But, I will still go to the battlefield. Even you should understand the depth of my desire to end the Ink Clan. It isn't as simple as hatred." Lei Jin said, brushing Xia Meili's hair to the side.

"I know, we all know. But, even still. I.. no… All of us won't let you leave for the battlefield without this. You must put a baby in here for me. And you have to promise to come back." Xia Meili said, placing her husband's hand upon her belly.

"We wish to follow the Pillar into battle! May the Ink Clan be rooted out of this world for all time!" Numerous people said, starting a chant. "To war!!! To Kill the Ink Clan!!! Kill the Evil! Destroy the Vile!" The Human Race chanted.

"I see… So everyone wishes to follow me there. Unfortunately I can not allow such a thing… Actually it could work. However! Prepare the fallen for visitation. I must see them off properly. It was through their sacrifice that I was able to break through. They should be given the highest of honors and their families should be proud of their deeds and courage to aid in ushering in the era of peace." Lei Jin declared.

"Husband, what will you call this realm? Because from what I can see… you're constantly forming new worlds. It isn't the Open Heaven Heaven Realm." Xia Meili asked, also Unsure what Lei Jin's thoughts on it were.

"Hmm… Perhaps I should… call this Primordial Heaven Realm. I'm not positive. But… yeah I'll go with that for now. I might rename it later. But I think the Primordial Heaven Realm sounds fairly accurate. Even now I only have a few Small Universes that remain as rank 1 equivalents. The rest are rank 2 or better. As for the high rank equivalents… they haven't increased yet. But their growth is quite something. I should have some of them breaking through in just a few years." Lei Jin said, explaining a little about the details of his new realm.

With that the conversation changed to one of affection. And then into one of reporting the results of the battle.

"Pillar Lei Jin, it is time for the reports. And we humbly request the Pillar take action to change the registrars." A supreme Elder said cupping his hands and bowing respectfully.

"Hmm… I knew this would happen. An unfortunate reality of war, is that those who fight them may lose their own lives whilst amidst the chaos of battle with the enemy. So tell me…" Lei Jin said, stopped and received the list of those fallen in this battle.

"Jin'er there was nothing more we could do. And you shouldn't be hard on yourself for the names on this list. They knew what they were doing and were proud to fight for it." Azure Heart said, assuming that a tear would start to fall from the corner of Lei Jin's eye.

"I know… Dealing with those Royal Lords was already quite taxing. While I may have been stronger than them, even I have to manage the Ink force. In order to destroy it I must sacrifice some Rainbow Aura to do so. Which puts more strain on my body. On top of that I was putting the final touches on the final resource. In short, While there was more meat to eat my plate was full." Lei Jin explained, and then sighed. "It doesn't change the fact they died for this cause. I will remember them. Their sacrifice is what bought me enough time to break through." He added, as he read through the list.

"You are right. But was there really nothing more we could have done?" Han Qiu asked. "I feel like we could have kept the deaths down even lower if we had fought." She thought.

Lei Jin shook his head. "Once one reaches the 8th rank it is best to fight alone, good to fight with other similar power individuals. And absolutely despicable to fight during a massive conflict like this." He explained.

"I see, the clash between 8th ranks and above is not something those below have much chance to defend against. A peak 7th rank may be able to withstand that kind of force. But, what about those below? I see now why we were told to wait and only fight when needed. You have good judgment Pillar Lei Jin." Another 8th rank said, picking up on the subtlety of their purpose.
