Celestial Phoenix

"Ah! Thank you, Sir Supreme Master! I will endeavor to make good use of sir's auspicious words." The female sky Phoenix said, with an overly excited look on her face and a glance at her mate. "Come on now, let's go continue where we left off darling." She whispered in her mate's ear before she flew away, dragging her mate with her.

"I see, so the Phoenix Clan is at that time… I see. Hopefully my wives understand the importance of following through with our current situation." Lei Jin smiled an embarrassed smile.

"Pfft, I'm sure those young ladies won't give you too much trouble. But it is true they will be more eager to bear children at this time. Say, this world… Can we have a few more if you have the time? The situation is going to get a bit crowded if we don't get more space soon." Hong Hu said, asking. "I hope he doesn't know that we all want to continue this cycle for as long as possible. It might be difficult to convince him to give out such beautiful worlds." She thought.

"En, I can give them. But you should understand that they aren't nearly as easy for me to make. So I'll give them as a reward to the Ancient Divine Spirits after you get a Beyond Divine Realm. As much as I like the idea of proliferation. I do need at least one of you to achieve this new Realm. Otherwise… It will be difficult to allow you to join the battlefield. I intend to have the 10th ranks and whatever the Ancient Divine Spirits equivalent, be the leaders. If you don't have one… It could become problematic. Hence the motivation for them and you'll only get one of these worlds for each Beyond Divine Realm." Lei Jin explained.

"Ahahaha, so that's how it is. You'll give us more room to grow after showing results. Well, hopefully there is a good result today. Though it is quite annoying, there is such a limit. Are they really that hard to make for you?" Hong Hu asked, with a slight sigh.

"Indeed they are. Creating something that is fundamentally different from my own is not easy. And it costs a ton of resources to pull off. Thus halting my own advancement. In fact the only reason I'm willing to give anymore out is because I am slightly above the level needed to ensure a victory over the Ink Clan. If I wasn't already there I would have outright refused. Even if it was my own mother and father asking me for it. This war is too important." Lei Jin further explained.

"Then it seems like we were quite lucky before. Thank you, truly. You've been the biggest help to my clan. Provided us places to reproduce in safety. And now a fantastic home. Let's wait and watch the situation with Yue Zhuo. I'm sure that she will succeed in her break through. She is the closest one of the all the Divine realm spirits. She has been like this for a few days." Hong Hu explained, in a hopeful yet reserved tone. "He is right, this war isn't a simple conflict between two forces. Those can be mediated by another and peace could still be brought forward. This one is a war for survival. And that also means… It is a war to completely eradicate the enemy. And right now, only Lei Jin has the power to defeat the Ink Clan's Progenitor. He needs to focus on that one. Which means we all need to work together." She thought after hearing Lei Jin speak.

"Don't sell those 7 short, Mother-in-Law. If push comes to shove there is another who will be able to kill that damn bastard. With herself and her seven children working together… Even I would have trouble dealing with that. And if Ink manages to… Fight her, she will be more than enough." Lei Jin sighed, and flashed a serious and yet calm and relaxed look over to Hong Hu.

Hong Hu hearing Lei Jin's words just now made her excited at first. Hearing that the Alliance's side had another person that would be strong enough to deal with Ink was a huge deal. But then her face went sullen and saddened after she processed the choice of Lei Jin's words. "No, we will find another…" Hong Hu started speaking up.

"Shh, it's starting. You won't want to miss this. Remember every new breakthrough past the Divine Realm will result in an additional one of those worlds. You'll want to witness this breakthrough." Lei Jin smiled, and pointed. "I should be more careful with my words." Lei Jin sighed in his heart.

Energy surged through the void. Creating an ethereal & celestial phenomenon. The sense of awe from this tribulation was nothing short of immense. Ancient Divine Spirits all around kneeled, stopping everything they had been doing. A moment where all worshiped in utter amazement.

The cries of a mighty Phoenix grew louder and stronger. Yue Zhuo was the first to reach this point. This was a result of hard work and an excellent environment. That sense of drive was not to be looked down on in the slightest. And it was paying off in spades. Yue Zhuo's strength was rapidly improving to new heights. Until she realized the truth behind the next realm.

"Hmm, so it is a bit different than the human's path. I see now. There is no need to do a simple qualification step. This feeling, it feels like I'm in… My mothers arms. As if she was protecting me from harm. And yet also like she was pulling me to be the next protector… No, this feels like… Interesting." Yue Zhuo thought. "Son-in-law, I've thought about it. I'll call this… the Celestial Realm." She whispered to Lei Jin.

"Ahahaha! So that's what mother-in-law chooses to go with. Good! Very Good!" Lei Jin said, as the tribulation started clearing up. "All Ancient Divine Spirits here me! Today should be marked as a historic event for all. Madam Yue Zhuo of the Phoenix Clan. Has broken through to the Realm above the Divine Realm." Lei Jin added with a pause. "Celestial Phoenix, Yue Zhuo!" He declared out loud.

Yue Zhuo let out a mighty Phoenix cry to announce her ascension. And then took human form to give a proper smile as the other spirits bowed in reverence.
