The Grand War Meeting

Lei Jin focused on managing the Army and planning the assault once the training was over. While he was doing this he managed to finish creating the 5th and 6th World Arrays. He would take breaks every once in a while to oversee breakthroughs and offer guidance to those who needed a little extra help. He also spent time periodically making new worlds for the Ancient Divine Spirits.

Speaking of the Ancient Divine Spirits. They now had 50 Celestial Realms not including the four Phoenix that Lei Jin married. And also not including Ruo Xi nor the 7 incarnations. The Army was experiencing a wave of flourishment. Everyone was equipped with high rank artifacts at a minimum. The other artifacts of various levels were used for training, and as spares for people to use in the event their equipment breaks.

That aside, there was another armory that was left untouched. The weapons and armor in that place were meant for the people who had been fighting in the Mountain Passes. "After all this time they deserve a few good things." Lei Jin said, when he ordered the special Armory's creation. There were a few people who wanted to contest this idea but that quickly changed once they remembered they basically got everything handed to them. They may have worked for it. But so too did the people fighting to keep the Ink Clan's main army in line. Arguably more so.

With all of the developments that happened over the years it was more rare to see a 6th rank than it was to see a 7th or 8th rank open heaven. Such is the nature of things. Not only this, but the size of the army previously was nothing by comparison to what it was now. This army was simply insane in capacity and strength. The division of resources was practically automatic at this point. And Lei Jin didn't need to worry about such things anymore.

The plans Lei Jin was working on were far too important to leave for others to manage on their own. He needed to have a hand in the plans. It was going to be a result of his power that would deliver them to the battlefield as it was.

~~The Grand War Meeting~~

"Great Evolution Elders. 1000 years from now, our alliance army will descend upon the Ink Clan. And relieve ALL of the war fronts from every single mountain pass. We will rescue our comrades and strike fear into their hearts. I, Lei Jin, will be heading to this Pass." Lei Jin said, pointing to a very specific pass on the display in front of everyone. "Will you come to achieve vengeance?" He added with a smirk.

"This humble one is willing! No! This one wouldn't accept any other assignment! Vengeance for the ancestors!" A few of the 10th Rank Open Heavens said, people originally from the Great Evolution Paradise. They looked at Lei Jin with a burning determination. One that could not be stamped down on. The controlled and directed fury was akin to that of a Dragon God. Of all the Cave Heaven Paradises, it was Great Evolution Paradise that suffered the most substantial wounds. Even falling to the point of a 2nd rate force.

"Good! Then I promise I will include Great Evolution Disciples in the battalions that follow me there. Keep in mind you will be in charge of your own troops and can fight how you wish. I only request you capture all Ink Disciples. Even if it seems like they are too far gone, It might not be impossible. Aside from that your disciples will be a part of all battalions. I intend to make everyone play a proportional role in this war. Everyone deserves a spotlight." Lei Jin declared, with a wave of energy washing over everyone. The wave was akin to Lei Jin's own seal of approval. Now there would be no one foolish enough to dare object. Not that anyone would dare.

"Now then, let's decide on our units. There are 107 battlefields. The Great Evolution battlefield is definitely the most critical. But is there a need to allocate any more than an equivalent number of troops there? With Jin'er going personally… That on its own seems like overkill." Hong Xiang Ling asked, curiously. His intent was actually the opposite of what he asked about so it didn't really matter too much to him.

"No, all zones will be given the same number of troops. Even sending them 1000 8th ranks on their own would be enough to top any War Zone. Royal Lord included. Though there would certainly be casualties. Which is why each war zone is getting 5 million advance troops. And 10 million in reserves. We can make the determinations on how many 10th ranks after we see the final result. 5 years before we are done with training." Lei Jin explained. "I won't be participating in this battle aside from pushing the Ink Force back with my own Aura. I have a personal matter to attend to over there. And I have a feeling I must verify. If I can verify it then we will have an absolute advantage over the Ink Clan." Lei Jin added.

"I see, then we will anxiously await good news. Is there anything else that needs to be discussed?" Azure Heart asked.

"Yes, there is something. Mo Sheng, rather Wu Kuang. You will be following me and I will not accept any objections. You must come with me. I can not explain it in detail. I just know that you are a key of some kind or hold great importance in some way. As for what or how? I know not. But I trust my gut feeling is right. If you resist I will just take you anyways." Lei Jin said.

"Will I get to fight?" Wu Kuang asked.

"Ahahaha! You think the Ink Clan is as measly as what my human race has been fighting this entire time? Ahahaha, don't worry there will be plenty of fighting for you. And perhaps you'll find something good as well. You'll naturally know when you arrive." Lei Jin laughed, holding his sides.

"Now I'm excited. How much fighting are we talking about?" Wu Kuang asked.
