CHAPTER 83: SUN & MOON KATANA
Jia began to cultivate to break through the next level

The energy changed colors and later put her down

* Received Celestial grade sword. * The system announced again
"You eventually reached the martial honor stage" Junshi's voice rang out
"I guess" Jia retorted coldly
"Don't be soo ~ I have a gift for you" Junshi stated
"What is it?" Jia asked
The excitement started to build up in Jia's mind
"It's supposed to be a surprise duh," Junshi said with a smirk
"Tell me what it is and I will tell you what you don't know" Jia proposed
"And what is that?" Junshi asked in an alluring voice
"Someone likes you," Jia said impatiently
Junshi stared around for a moment in confusion. He tried to think about who would crush on him. It came as a big surprise to him
"Who?" Junshi asked
"Keep your end of the deal," Jia said refusing to talk
" It's something you would love. Trust me " Junshi said with an endearing smile
"Supreme Xue" Jia said bluntly
A hint of red showed on Junshi's face but he didn't say a word until a few minutes later
"Let's let's go," Junshi said still in deep thought
They walked through several flights of stairs into a dark and dingy place
Jia illuminated the place using her fire
"What is this place" Jia asked confused
"There's something in there that I want to gift you," Junshi said walking in
Jia refused to go any further
Junshi returned holding two exceptionally long and sharp katanas
They were both enclosed in a black sheath. One had the image of the sun on it while others had the image of the moon on it
"You want to gift me katanas?" Jia murmured
"It's no ordinary katana. It was made by Amaterasu's father Izanagi. " Junshi explained
"So what's it doing with you? " Jia asked
"Ryujin and Maat particularly had an interest in them. But they're both gone now and the katanas are super powerful " Junshi explained handing Jia the katanas
Jia unsheathed the katanas. They were slightly taller than her but they were light to hold
The blades were sharp and shone with a glistening light
They got out of the dark cellar into the normal palace
"How's your soul healing," Jia asked
" Good. Quite eager to leave me aren't you? " Junshi said with a sad smile
"Your weird noises woke me up" Jia complained directly ignoring his question
"Well, you're free to join in the fun if you want" Junshi replied with a devilish smile
He soon disappeared from view
Jia stared in bewilderment
She went outside into the garden
"Junshi, I hope you don't mind if I ruin your garden," Jia said to no one in particular
She had a sinister smile on her face
Junshi appeared out of nowhere with a scowl on his face
" I was only telling you. I assume you're here to watch me train right? " Jia said unsheathing the first katana
Next thing she knew,she found herself in another place that was empty and barren
Junshi pretended he didn't see her
"Really? " Jia said staring at Junshi's handsome face
"What did you think you were trying to do? " Junshi asked slowly descending down
"Test it out" Jia replied
"No. Test it out here.Don't even think of injuring me" Junshi warned
Jia unleashed a strike with the first katana. This was one of the images of the moon on its sheath. The strike was cold and chilling
The strike split a nearby mountain into smithereens
"Why did you give me this" Jia asked in shock
" Because I want to give you. That's why " Junshi replied
"Take me out of here," Jia said suppressing the urge to scream
Junshi snapped his fingers and they were back at Junshi's palace
" Did you tell Supreme Xue anything yet " Jia asked
" I uh did look for her to tell her something but She's been unavailable " Junshi replied with a red face
"You'll find her soon," Jia said with a demonic smile
Junshi shrugged and disappeared
" Supreme Xue. I know you're there. Get out now" Jia whispered
"Really? " Supreme Xue said throwing a tantrum
"Go in there and tell him," Jia said touching Supreme Xue's head
"You can do this " Jia whispered and rolled her eyes
Supreme Xue eventually agreed to go and left
"Gosh.These supremes are so annoying" Jia said with a sneer
She held the katana in her hands and began to cultivate. She felt more energy enter her spiritual center
HOURS LATER
* Ding! The host has leveled up+2 * The system announced
"The energy of the supremes is quite rich," Jia said floating off into fantasy land
She was abruptly disturbed by a strange noise
Jia's face immediately turned red. She curled her lips in disdain and left the building
She started to explore the garden with no destination in mind
The plants were not real. The garden itself was an illusion
" Was this supposed to hide something? " Jia murmured
She decided against doing anything and returned
The noises were much more louder and intense
Jia shot her eyes and forced herself into a kind of animated state
Her mind had drifted far away but only her body remained. Her soul was still injured so it was practically inactive.
Jia's mind drifted for a couple of days and she didn't even know
Later, her mind returned to itself. Jia regained consciousness only to see Supreme Xue walking in a strange manner
Junshi soon followed suit. Supreme Xue's eyes were purple and so were Junshi's eyes
Jia widened her eyes and ran away as fast as possible
"Fuck these two," Jia said high on adrenaline
"I don't even know how to leave the place " Jia cursed under her breath
She started to explore the garden
After a long time, She activated her seeing eyes
There was a pentagram formation
It was based on five items that Jia didn't recognize at first.
She later recognized one to be a dragon's head
"These people are scary" Jia said looking away and returning to the palace. She ignored Junshi and Xue and continued to walk further. She found an empty room, decided to stay in it, and shut the door tight in exasperation
