Johnny had been feeling a little off for a couple of days, but he dismissed it as just a minor cold. However, as the day progressed, Johnny's condition took a turn for the worse, and he found himself unable to get out of bed. His friends, Koneko Toujou, Asia Argento, Kunou, and Wolfychu, were the only ones home, and they quickly noticed Johnny's distress.

They rushed to his side, asking him how he was feeling and if there was anything they could do to help. But Johnny, being extremely shy, found it hard to communicate how he was feeling, and his anxiety only made things worse. When Kuroka, Mittelt, Ravel Phenex, Ni, Li, Adam Met, Ryan Met, Jack Met, Le Fay Pendragon, Irina Shidou, Ophis, Lilith, Sapphire "Midori" Kawashima (whom Johnny called "Blue"), Dawn, Serena, Bonnie, Lillie, and Lana finally came home, they were surprised to see their friends looking so worried. But when they saw Johnny's condition, they immediately jumped into action, helping to take care of him and make sure he got the medical attention he needed.

In the end, Johnny was diagnosed with a severe case of pneumonia, and he had to be hospitalized for several days. But thanks to the quick actions of his friends, he was able to get the help he needed and make a full recovery.

Throughout his hospital stay, Koneko, Asia, Kunou, and Wolfychu stayed by Johnny's side, keeping him company and reminding him that he was never alone. And when he finally came home, he knew that he had a family of friends who loved and cared for him, no matter what challenges he faced.
