Sterling Industry,

The sound of frantic footsteps echoed down the hall as Joan Doe burst into Lucien Sterling's office. The assistant's face was wrought with panic, and his usually composed demeanor was replaced with a sense of urgency.

"Boss, there's a serious problem at the Nova Plaza just now," Joan exclaimed, breathless from running.

Lucien, engrossed in his paperwork, looked up with a quizzical expression. He put his pen down and leaned back in his chair, folding his hands over his chest.

"What problem has got you so panicked?" Lucien asked, his voice laced with concern.

Joan took a deep breath before answering. "There was an accident at the plaza, and two teenage girls seem to have been seriously injured."

Lucien's eyes widened in alarm. "Do we know what caused the accident?"

Joan nodded grimly. "According to the witnesses, the two girls were pushed by the crowd and didn't pay attention to where they were going. They crashed into a wall, and a glass panel fell on them, injuring them in the process."

Lucien's mind raced as he tried to comprehend how something like this could happen. "Did you check the scene for any errors or any other kind of problem?"

Joan shook his head. "I haven't had a chance to check the scene myself, but the managers at Nova Plaza are already there."

Lucien stood up, his expression serious. "We need to go to the scene and investigate this ourselves. Let's see what went wrong and make sure it never happens again."

The two men hurried out of the office and headed towards the Nova Plaza, their minds racing with the possibilities of what could have caused the accident. As they approached the scene, they could hear the sounds of chaos and commotion emanating from the plaza.

Sirens blared in the distance, and the air was thick with the scent of burning rubber. Police officers and paramedics rushed around the area, trying to control the chaos.

Lucien and Joan pushed their way through the crowd, their hearts pounding in their chests. As they reached the site of the accident, they could see the two girls lying on the ground, surrounded by a sea of concerned onlookers.

The girls were pale and motionless, their faces contorted in pain. Blood trickled down their faces, and their bodies were covered in cuts and bruises.

Lucien's heart sank as he realized the severity of the situation. He knelt down beside the girls, his hands trembling as he checked their pulses.

"We need to get them to the hospital right away," Lucien said, his voice choked with emotion.

Joan nodded, his own voice thick with sorrow. "I'll call for an ambulance right away."

As they waited for the ambulance to arrive, Lucien and Joan surveyed the scene, trying to piece together what had happened. They searched for any signs of negligence or safety hazards, determined to find the cause of the accident.

"Screeeech!"

A piercing siren sliced through the chaos as an ambulance came careening to a stop outside the building. Lucien's order had been promptly carried out, and the injured girls were rushed to Nexus General Hospital for treatment.

Moments later, a police officer strode up to Lucien, his expression grim but professional. "Sir Sterling, the area has been cleared and the perimeter secured. We can send in a professional investigation team to inspect the scene, if you wish."

Lucien nodded in agreement, his mind already racing with possibilities. He was determined to get to the bottom of what had happened here today, and he knew that a thorough investigation was the first step.

"Thank you for your hard work," he said, his voice low and measured. "I will make sure to invest in your department to ensure the safety of civilians in the future."

The police officer smiled gratefully, clearly pleased to have been of service. "It was our pleasure to help, Sir Sterling," he replied. "We'll do everything we can to ensure justice is served."

Lucien leaned against the wall, his mind still reeling from the events that had unfolded. The police officer went to the side and relayed the information to his superiors, and they had agreed to send an investigation team to the scene. Lucien knew that this was just the beginning of a long and arduous process.

"Boss, you should take some rest in your personal cabin in the plaza," Joan Doe suggested, his voice laced with concern. "The investigation might take a while, and you'll need to be fresh when we get the results."

Lucien nodded slowly, his eyes fixed on the spot where the ambulance had disappeared from view. He knew that Joan was right, but he couldn't shake the feeling that something wasn't quite right.

"Be sure to pay attention to the scene," he said, his voice low and urgent. "I have a feeling that this incident is not as simple as it seems."

Joan nodded, his eyes narrowing as he surveyed the area. Lucien watched Joan for a moment, his mind still racing with possibilities. He knew that he would have to be patient, that answers would come in time. But for now, all he could do was wait and hope results of investigation would be satisfactory.

...

"Hey, Lucien!"

Lucien was just about to step into the elevator when a sweet voice called out his name, causing him to turn around. His eyes widened in surprise as he saw Vivienne standing there, looking as lovely as ever.

"Huh, Vivi! What are you doing here?" he asked, trying to hide the sudden rush of excitement that he felt upon seeing her.

"What a coincidence!" Vivienne replied, a smile spreading across her face. "Haha, I was here for the store inspection!"

Lucien felt a sudden sense of relief wash over him, and he couldn't help but feel a little happy at the sight of her smiling face. "If you have time, care to join me?" he asked, his voice low and inviting.

"Sure, I do have time!" Vivienne replied, her eyes sparkling with anticipation.

As they walked together, Lucien couldn't help but admire the way that Vivienne moved. Her steps were light and graceful, and he found himself captivated by the way that her hair swayed with each movement.

They made their way to Lucien's personal cabin, he had always found Vivienne to be incredibly attractive, and he couldn't help but wonder what might happen between them if he tried to move their relationship much closer.
