After a month of treatment, Vivienne was finally released from the hospital. But she was still advised to take ample rest in her home and avoid any strenuous activities.
"Excuse me, Mistress! Master Sterling is waiting for you!" Simran chimed, with a bright smile on her face.
Vivienne had just bid farewell to her friends and the hospital staff who had taken care of her during her stay. She felt grateful for their kindness and care.
"Sorry for the wait, but why did you call me and wait here?" Vivienne asked, feeling curious as she expected her parents to be the first to arrive and wait for her.
Her parents rarely left her side when she was hospitalized, once they received the news. Vivienne decided to let bygones be bygones and see what happens with their relationship from now on.
As she approached Lucien, she noticed him holding a bouquet of flowers which he offered to her with a warm smile.
"It's alright, and I'm sorry if it made you feel uncomfortable. I just wanted to spend some quality time with you. But it's totally fine if you don't want to," Lucien said, gesturing that he didn't mind waiting for her. He explained a little about why he was there, but his words and expressions told Vivienne a different story.
Even though he said he didn't mind, his face showed a sad and disappointed expression.
"I...I'm fine. It's okay, I do want to relax today," Vivienne responded, feeling a painful throb in her heart. She wanted to refuse, but something inside her made her accept. She didn't want to deal with the unknown pain assaulting her.
"Okay, then. Thank you for accepting, and please sit back and relax," Lucien said with a blossoming smile, causing Vivienne's heart to flutter unconsciously.
'Whoa...what a dangerous man. What is he doing to me that just a little smile of his can make my heart flutter!' Vivienne thought, feeling surprised by her own reactions.
She sat in the front seat beside Lucien, who drove his luxurious car away in a swift and graceful manner.
"Good luck, Master. You can do it," Simran stood at a distance and wished her master success in jogging Vivienne's memories of himself.

A few minutes later, they arrived at their destination, Tranquility Park.
The Park is a picturesque green space that exudes a serene and inviting atmosphere. The lush trees and colorful flowers create a soothing ambiance, while the chirping of birds adds a melodious soundtrack to the scene. The park has several seating areas, including benches and swings, where people can unwind, read a book, or simply bask in the tranquility.
The overall vibe is cozy and welcoming, making it a popular destination for people seeking a peaceful retreat from their busy lives. Visitors often leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated after spending time in this idyllic park.
"How refreshing! The atmosphere here is lovely," Lucien remarked, inhaling the crisp air as he grinned at Vivienne.
"Indeed! It's an ideal location for unwinding," Vivienne nodded in agreement, although she refrained from mentioning her previous visits to this spot.
"Shall we head over there?" Lucien gestured towards an unoccupied spot under the tree, which looked quite inviting.
"No, I'd rather stroll around for a while," Vivienne shook her head, feeling energized and eager to explore the park.
"Sure thing," Lucien acquiesced, suppressing the urge to hold her hand as he didn't want to appear impolite.
The park was bustling with activity, with people strolling, lounging under the trees, and enjoying the gentle morning breeze.
Some families were having picnics, while others were amusing their kids and engaging in playful activities.
Observing the smiles and laughter of others around them, Vivienne felt a wave of positivity wash over her, filling her with joy and contentment.
As they strolled through the park, Vivienne's throat began to feel parched, prompting her to speak up. "I'm feeling a bit thirsty. Shall we grab a drink somewhere?" she asked, rubbing her throat.
"Perhaps we could visit a nearby cafe and enjoy some hot coffee to kickstart our morning," Lucien suggested, considering that Vivienne may not have had anything to drink since her recent hospitalization.
Vivienne suddenly remembered a cafe she used to frequent during her stressful days, which was conveniently located nearby. "Actually, I know a place that's much better. It's a cafe I used to visit frequently. Would you like to go there?" she suggested to Lucien.
"Sounds great. Lead the way," Lucien replied with a smile, keen to make the most of their time together.
They decided to walk to the cafe, as Lucien wanted to enjoy the company of Vivienne while soaking in the surroundings. Leaving their car at the parking lot, they set out on foot towards the cafe.
After a brief stroll, they reached the cafe, which was just a couple of stops away. Crossing the road twice, they soon found themselves at the entrance of the charming cafe.
"Haven" In bold letters, a sign hung above the entrance of the cafe.
"Ting...!"
As Vivienne and Lucien stepped into the cafe, a gentle chim of a bell announced their arrival.
"Welcome, dear sir and madam!" Two employees, a beautiful attendant and a teenage boy, greeted them with warm smiles and bowed courteously.
Lucien couldn't help but comment on the calm and relaxing atmosphere of the place. "Hmmn! Very quite and relaxing, this place is much better than any cafe I've ever visited!"
Vivienne smiled with pride and responded, "Of course, it's quite and cozy. This is the only place you'll find like this. The owner isn't very good with noises, so most of the customers are like-minded and enjoy their time in peace."
Standing at the entrance, Vivienne and Lucien were unsure where to find an empty table. Vivienne turned to the teenage boy who had just greeted them and asked, "Hello there, Miller, can you show us to an empty table for two?"
As a regular in the cafe, Vivienne was familiar with everyone who worked there, and spoke to the teenage boy with ease. "Yes, Ms. Vivienne! Please follow me!" he responded with a nod and gestured for them to follow him to an unoccupied table for two.
The boy's graceful movements and gentlemanly demeanor were evidence of his professionalism. It seemed he had been well-trained to act in this manner, which is fitting for an attendant.
