CHAPTER FOUR: ' FIGHTING ' KANG HYUNA

After a long devastating evening, all I wanted to do was take a nap, that's if I could sleep, I lay in my bed as I stared at my ceiling for no specific reason really I just felt like I could," Hyuna!" called out Yuri as she entered my room," What's wrong?" I asked I stood," It's nothing, is something wrong with you?" she asked concerningly," well iam fine, iam good." I said as I looked away because for some time now crying has become a hobby especially when some one asks me if iam okay it's like I just burst into tears," You look beaten, like you walked in all drenched yet you had an umbrella in bag." she said, I was almost moved by her concern for me, but how did she know I had an umbrella," How.." I asked as she cut me off," iam the one who put it there." she said which moved me even more, me and Yuri usually don't get along, I choose peace most of the times yet she loves violence with all her might," You did? Thank you." I said,", You welcome, Uhmmmmm Okay iam done here." she said as she stood up," I don't know what happened to you, and I doubt you'll tell me, but whatever it is I hope you can have some sleep and probably forget about it." she added as she walked out, " silly girl." I said as I scoffed turned off the lights and scrolled my phone till I fell asleep....

" You can't do this!" yelled a loud voice, it seemed to be Mina's why would she be yelled at..." 10am!!" I exclaimed as I rushed out of bed, only to remember that I was now unemployed," Ahh.." I sighed as i went out stairs to see what was happening, On reaching," Mina what's wrong?" I asked as I walked towards the door where she was trying to stop the land lady and some lady from entering," What's happening?" I asked," I've been putting notices on your door with lots of effort, didn't you see the you have to get out today notice?" The land lady asked," Well I wanted to talk to you about that today, see.." I said as she interrupted me," This is a new buyer, she wants to see the room and since you the ones that couldn't co-operate with the plan, it's you to excuse us and let us have a tour of the house." she continued," It's disrespectful to ask some one to come and check out a house that clearly has some one living it it." Mina said, as she blocked the entry," Get out of my way kid!" the land lady exclaimed as she pushed Mina," Yaa!! " I yelled as I help Mina up," Look I know you have been giving us notices but we could also file a complaint about you chasing us out of the house for the most stupidest and most selfish reasons, so let's hope you can also co-operate and wait till we have moved, which we are doing soon, to get another tenant here." I said In a really loud voice, Mina was staring at me with shock and so was the land lady," How could you talk to me.." she tried to speak but I interrupted her," You of all people should know that iam polite but I can also be fussy sometimes so please can you tell your tenant to come back another day." I said as I showed both of them out," Thank you." I added as I loud shut the door," Wow Unnie!" Mina exclaimed with excitement," Did you just not take the high road and yelled at Mrs...land lady?" she added," I guess I have been holding in for a long time, I needed to let it out." I said as I turned to kitchen," That was cool, Yuri would have freaked out at the sight of it." she added well yes Yuri has always hated me for being what she calls ' so nice so yes she would have freaked out, " Don't you have to get to work?" I asked Mina who was still reminiscing the moment," Right!, aren't you going either let's get ready, we can take a cub together to save time and money."she said, I sort of felt guilty for not tell them that I lost my job but also this felt like a great way to show her that I was doing fine and that she didn't have to give up on music school," Well, I have no classes today." I said as I looked away," Really, well then you can rest at home, we shall discuss the move after I come back ." she replied as she left to get ready, " Right! We have to find a house too." I said to my self as I sipped on a cup of coffee.

Finding a house isn't easy, well especially if you don't have enough money then the only ones you can get are some in a dangerous community, we girls iam not saying we are weak and can't protect myself but what if some thing happens and we can't, " This is 3000 per month...but it's located far away from Yuri's school and we need to save money for transport ." I sighed as I continued scrolling..

MINA'S POV

" One, two three....ahhhh it's not even 2000." I said as I scratched my head, " Here!" Van said as she placed a karki envelope infront of me, it couldn't have been a letter," What's this?" I asked as I pulled it out to check, it was money," I can't take this, I already told you my worries." I said as I put it back on the table," Look iam not trying to pull anything here, my friend is in need so iam helping them." he said, I was tempted to take it but also wasn't after continuous thinking, " Okay thanks but we need to sign a loan agreement, draft one." I said as he smiled at me," Okay." he added as he turned to leave, " How much is in here!" I whispered to my self as I peeped into the envelope," 5000." he replied, how did he hear that I thought as I looked up in confusion," Well thanks, I'll make sure to pay back." I added as I sat back with smiles," I got money." I said cheerfully.

HYUNA'S POV

While I was home scrolling the rental houses website, I received a call from my former colleague Hana who wanted to meet for lunch, " Here! what would you like to have?" she asked as she handed me the menu," Oh all these dishes are expensive, why didn't you get a cheaper place." I said as I nervously browsed through the menu," I'll have a bowl of noodles." I said as she stared at me and laughed," You can't be serious this is my treat, you can have meat hot pot for all I care." she said," Give us your recommendation meal for today." she said," Don't worry." she added as she continued to smile, I was jealous of her not because she had money but I was jealous of her smile, she was smiling so freely it hurt me who was sitted opposite of her, " So how are you doing, you left before I could say good bye to you that day." she asked," Well iam okay." I replied," Have you got a job yet?" she asked," Well you very well know my dad is in jail, the day he was caught news reporters came to school and took all sorts of pictures of me since I was his daughter, every one in this city knows that iam Kang Nim's daughter Kang Hyuna not one can hire me." I said as I sipped on a glass of water," Ill look for something else to do." I said as I faked a smile the food had arrived too so we were all set to dig in," Thanks for the food." I said as we exited the restaurant," No need to thank me this is as much as I could do after all the help you gave me at school." she said," Well I should get back quickly, before they start making complaints about me, you should also get home soon and you don't have to worry, I believe that a solution will come for you, fighting Kang Hyuna." she said with a bright smile on her face, I was moved to the point of unknowingly having a smile on my face too," Fighting." I replied as I turned to leave....
