The story follows the tale of Tareq Mirza, an assistant general of the Bangladesh Rapid Action Battalion (RAB), who has been tasked to find a sinister serial killer named Blue Anarchy. The killer shows little remorse for his victims, murdering them in the cruelest and most gruesome way possible. But as Tareq gets closer to the killer, he finds that the killer is more than he shows he is.

He wants to help anyone in need, even at the cost of his life.
