“Vampire City has woken up tonight to quite the chaos, as multiple targeted attacks and various incidents have been springing up across the city. Several vampire corpses have been found completely drained of their blood and left hanging from rooftops. One was even dropped into the student atrium at the university. This led to an immediate closure of the campus and all students were sent home as officers look to secure the premises and confirm the threat level. There was also an explosion at a local boutique, where the owner detonated a bomb strapped to himself out of shame, after killing his human wife. This is especially alarming, as it’s revealed that humans have now found ways to infiltrate our society, passing themselves off as one of us with their tools and tricks. This also could explain the rise of hybrids in recent years, which has been a hot topic amongst us, yet the complaints have fallen on the deaf ears of our Chancellor.”
