Chapter 108 Afraid That It Was A Dream

Jefferson carried her all the way to the door of the infirmary.

Along the corridor of the infirmary, Dr. Lyons ran into Jefferson after he was done examining the soldiers in the ward.

"Shouldn't General Fenoli be at the border of Ithaya thousands of miles away?" He thought.

"Could it be that he completed the mission in advance and had returned to Lanesville Military Academy?"

Dr. Lyons saw the quilt in Jefferson's arms. Looking down at it, he found a pair of small feet exposed under the quilt.

He couldn't see her face clearly because the person was being held by Jefferson.

With the previous lesson he had, Dr. Lyons immediately knew that the woman in Jefferson's arms was Selena.

"General Fenoli, what's wrong with Dr. Quartley?" Dr. Lyons asked with concern.

"Nothing."

Jefferson responded coldly, with a hint of restraint in his flat voice.

The safest way was to let Aiden, a doctor, help Selena.

However, Aiden would be able to tell at a glance that Selena was drugged.
