Chapter 288 The First Love

Elvis glanced at Tasya and changed the topic, "If you still feel dizzy, I could go to the infirmary with you."

"No, it's okay." She shook her head repeatedly, "It's fine. I'll just rest for a while."

She was General Hiller's daughter. What should she do if the doctors of the infirmary gave her a thorough examination? She was already pregnant, and with just a little examination, they would know that this child was not Elvis'. Although she was certain that Elvis loved her very much, she was not absolutely sure about him being her child's father. 

"Alright, I'll keep you company then," he continued to sit on the chair beside the bed. He picked up the documents and looked at them, "Have some sleep."

When Tasya saw that he accompanied her so gently, her heart was moved.

Her head was still a little dizzy, so she grabbed the corner of the blanket, closed her eyes, and went back to sleep again.
