Ina had returned to the marshland for goods again. Now, the main source of vegetables for the restaurant came from the bathtub farm, dairy products, and meat products was purchased from Kiera. However, Kiera didn't slaughter livestock often, and now mostly provided smoked meat and sausages. Nevertheless, Kiera mentioned that when the first batch of mercenaries returned from the marshland, they would bring fresh monster meat for her butcher shop, so fresh meat would be available then.

Ina arrived at the riverbank, put down her tail as usual, and waited for fish to take the bait. She stared at the glistening water and thought: this method's efficiency was a bit low. If the number of restaurant guests increased in the future, she might find it difficult to manage cooking and fishing at the same time. She also wondered if the ferocious Cold Thorn Fish from this other world could be farmed.

After catching two Cold Thorn Fish, she immediately left without delay.

After a while, a large, iron-gray head emerged from the bushes on the riverbank, and a huge lizard with a tail came out. A small, colorful bird with fluffy feathers like cotton candy stood on its head. A ring of golden fluff around the bird's neck was delicate and dazzling, and a touch of crimson on its chest added a playful element.

The lizard spoke in a low voice, "Featherless, has the Black Dragon left?" Although it tried its best to lower its voice, it still sounded like a brass bell, breaking the surrounding silence.

"It left, but, are you sure it was a Black Dragon? Dragons have long been extinct on this continent." The Goldfinch hopped lightly and tilted its head to ask.

"Of course, I'm sure. Are you questioning the dragon bloodline within me?" The lizard stared with wide eyes.

"Not really. Your thin bloodline doesn't have much worth questioning." The Goldfinch's pretty little mouth uttered harsh words. "Speaking of which, why did dragons disappear? They were powerful and long-lived, with no natural predators."

The lizard pondered, "Perhaps humans killed them. As you know, humans are the natural enemies of this world. But there's another theory: male dragons would fall in love with any magical beast, except for the females of their species."

The Goldfinch laughed and tumbled, "So that's how you guys came to be."

"Is that so?" Ina appeared silently behind them and suddenly spoke up.

The lizard's tail slammed hard onto the ground, creating a deep pit, and its massive body jumped three feet high. The Goldfinch on its head was tossed out, its feathers standing on end, and its size doubled.

"B-Black Dragon..." The lizard trembled, trying to curl itself into a ball. The Goldfinch buried its head in the lizard's neck like an ostrich, leaving only a round, trembling feathery bottom.

"My name is Ina, and you don't need to be nervous. I have no ill intentions." Seeing the rapidly shaking large and small balls in front of her, Ina stood still without approaching.

The Goldfinch cautiously peeked out its head, and Ina saw a dazzling golden glint that combined the softness of fluff and the luster of metal. Each feather was like a piece of art. What a beautiful little bird!

Feeling Ina's intense gaze, the Goldfinch immediately shrank back. Ina had no choice but to take the initiative and asked, "I just wanted to know if there are any special products in the marshland?"

The lizard quickly replied, "There are precious magical plants, rare ores, and..."

The Goldfinch continued gloomily, "And us." Magical beasts were the raw materials for various precious equipment for professionals. The marshland was indeed famous for its diverse and powerful magical beasts.

Ina was amused and asked, "I meant fruits, river fish, and wild vegetables."

Realizing their misunderstanding, the two hurriedly shared everything they knew. The Goldfinch mentioned several edible shrubs and wild fruits, while the lizard dived into the water and caught a bunch of clams and shrimp for Ina.

It seemed that there were many ingredients in the marshland she hadn't discovered yet. Ina was in a great mood and invited them, "I've opened a small restaurant on the east side of the marshland. You're welcome to come and eat." She added, "The first is on me as a thank you for the information, but after that, you'll need to pay with human currency, those round metal pieces."

This time, Ina left. The Goldfinch wiped away its tears with its wings and collapsed on the ground. The lizard let out a long breath, taking the opportunity to mock the Goldfinch, "You cried in fear, what a disgrace."

The Goldfinch glanced at it haughtily, "What do you know? I was moved! That's a Black Dragon, the one that takes all shiny things in the world to its nest! It saw me with such splendid feathers and didn't pluck them out. She's so kind!"

The lizard thought seriously and actually agreed, "Ina is truly a kind dragon. She didn't get angry with me, and she even invited me to eat!"

As soon as she returned to the restaurant, a message box popped up in front of Ina.

[During your absence,Employee[Lusen]served 7 customers,

The pancakes were simple to make, and Ina had already prepared the proportion of fang potato seasonings. Lusen could easily make equally delicious food with minimal effort.

However, why had so many customers suddenly arrived? Ina was puzzled and walked into the restaurant. Kiera, who had already left, had returned with a large group of people surrounding her, including the old and the young, all of whom were townspeople Ina hadn't seen before.

Lusen quietly approached and explained, "Miss Kiera brought her neighbors, and I heard that she promised to tell everyone a way to have a chance to eat fruit, on the condition that whoever ultimately gets the canned fruit would share half of it with her."

Lusen felt as if Kiera was pushing the boundaries of cheating and worriedly asked, "Miss Ina, does this comply with the requirements of the event?"

Ina highly praised this behavior, "It complies perfectly!" She didn't expect that a few cans of fruit would actually become an advertisement. With this, more people would learn about the reopening of the restaurant. She whispered to Lusen, "However, the next time you meet Hana, you'll be very 'accidentally' leaking this information to her."

Lusen was stunned for a second, then showed a knowing smile, "Indeed, I talk a lot, so I might accidentally let it slip."

Some of the new customers, like Lilith, bought 'semi-finished ingredients' - chopped onions and peeled carrots, while others had fang potatoes and pancakes in front of them, enjoying their breakfast.

After hearing Kiera's tempting offer, Jennifer didn't hesitate to bring her daughter to the Dragon Flame restaurant. During the tavern's closure, they had a hard time, eating only sausages and bread every day without any greens on the table. There was no choice, as only the Dragon Flame restaurant could grow vegetables. Jennifer once tried to grow some peas, sowing nearly a pound of seeds, but in the end, she harvested less than two-thirds of a pound of peas. It would have been more worthwhile to eat the seeds directly.

Even if she didn't win the prize, Jennifer still needed to buy vegetables. She bought two types of vegetables and watched the young waiter write her and her daughter's names on a slip of paper. She originally intended to leave directly, but her daughter was attracted by the aroma in the restaurant. The girl kept looking back, her steps getting smaller and smaller until she stood at the door, her feet seemingly rooted to the floor, refusing to leave.

Helpless, Jennifer had to sit down and ordered a pancake with vegetable shreds and chocolate milk for her daughter. Smelling the aroma of fang potatoes in the air and watching her daughter eating happily with a ring of chocolate milk mustache around her mouth, Jennifer suddenly felt that occasionally dining at the Dragon Flame restaurant was a good choice.

The new owner seemed to have completely abandoned the previous cooking methods, which insisted on boiling everything and always serving vegetable purees. The new dishes were novel and delicious, and there was no shortage of precious seasonings and spices.

Jennifer subconsciously thought that she would come back tomorrow, as the new owner of the restaurant might bring her different surprises.
