Ki Mun goes back to Yom who had been standing silently in the dark corner of the room. She is about to continue from where they left off when Yom politely stops her with "My lady, how about you go to them and hear what they have to say..., this isn't only about rescuing One-Eye, we have to look at the bigger picture and what could be achieved from this"


"what could we possibly achieve from this?, i do not want to be seen as a weakling..."


"Negotiations on Mt. Chi is not a pie and you would not be seen as a weakling. We would give them our own terms, tell them to split ownership with us if they want the attacks to stop..., please rethink this my Lady" Yom had always been the sensible type


"and what if this is a trap to lure me into captivity?"


"They wouldn't be so reckless..., I have a feeling that they are sincere about this meeting. Though we should still be alert, we should tell them we would meet in some days and not tommorrow" Yom had always been careful


"I hope you are right. Perhaps it is now time I show myself to the world..."


"Master, we have news from the Dead Owls. Their leader has agreed to meet for a treaty. However, he has asked that the meeting be held in four days and not tomorrow."


"what sort of conspiracy is this?, we would be fools to fall into this trap" one of the elders spoke up
