Parliament Session Part-02

Indrajeet greeted his colleagues, most of them older than him, in this Lok Sabha of 494 people, he was the youngest.

There were also two Anglo-Indian Member's of Parliament reserved seats. Indrajeet didn't like this colonial mentality of giving special status to people just because they are white.

But what can you say, my father was great and all but he still was a human. The white man is superior was still lingering in some corner of his mind when that guy shamelessly ask for two reserve seats when their population was just a fraction.

When these thoughts were going through Indrajeet's mind, someone kept a hand on his shoulder. Indrajeet turned around and saw a white man in a suit standing beside his chair.

"How are you indrajeet?" asked John Antony.

"I am fine, Mr.Antony" replied indrajeet standing up from his chair.

"Call me Uncle, your father and i were very good friends. Your father was great man." said John Antony.

"Yes, he was Uncle Antony." replied indrajeet with a bit of pride on his face.

"I heard this time the proposal was made entirely by your team. I will definitely support you. Your father will be proud of you." said John Antony.

"Well, thank you Uncle." replied Indrajeet as he watched John Antony go back to his seat.

'You better support my proposals from now on, so that your life in this country will be worry free. Otherwise there are hundreds of ways to deal with you. If you don't mess with me, then you'll definitely thank my father for the culture he imparted on me, otherwise you'll regret staying in this country after your king departure.' Indrajeet thought maliciously.

Although indrajeet was thinking hundreds of dark ideas for dealing with this guy he was not going to implement any of them.

Because the population of these white people that stayed in India is so insignificant, even a district police system can deal with them if they cause trouble.

And also the national party wants to use these white descendants to train intelligence agents that will infiltrate the western world.

Because as a poor country there will always be sectors in which you can't spend country's precious foreign exchange, but you also don't want to abandon that area, at this time these agents will come in handy to steal..(hmm) borrow the western technology. Once our country becomes a developed nation, the national party will definitely return all the borrowed technology to their respective owners.

Well Indrajeet, himself will write in his Inheritance so that his decedents will donate a huge fortune of $1 Canadian dollar towards this great cause of returning the borrowed technology.

As Indrajeet was drifting in his thoughts, ten minutes passed, all members of parliament had taken their respective seats.

Prime Minister Shashri were sitting in a first seat in the middle row adjacent to indrajeet.

The respected speaker has started the normal proceedings of the parliament with the question hour.

Many minister in the government started replying to the question they were ask. Although the ministers were answering the answers ask by the member's of parliament but no one was paying attention to the answering minister.

All people knew that this was not the highlight point of today's Lok Sabha Session. Nobody wanted to waste their energy on these issues.

Once the question hour was over, Prime Minister Shashri asked the speaker for permission to speak.

Prime Minister Shashri talked about the freedom struggle of this country, the sacrifices made by the people to give independence to this country, what achievements as an independent country we have made in the 17 years following partition.

Then Shashri ji talked about my father, what he has done for this country, how under his leadership, the country has developed to the present, and also talked about how i was following in my father's footstep to contribute for the development of this country.

Indrajeet knew that prime minister shashri ji was laying the ground work for his five-year plan motion.

He was reminding these people by retelling these people my father's achievement that the motion presented today is of utmost importance on which most people need to agree on.

Once Prime Minister Shashri's speech ended, it was time for me to present the 3rd Five-Year Plan of Republic of India.
