CHAPTER -5 EXCURSION – THE FRIENDSHIP BAND

Pavi's dad POV –

Though I came to office since its lunch time

I was wonder if pavi had her food or not

She has motion sickness and its terrible each time to manage it, I don't know why she wanted to go all the way to that theme park and I planned to call her

Ring ring!! ring ring!! Ring!

" hello pavi" and there was no reply

So I said " hello" and I heard someone saying "you are her friend right ,so answer the call dude !!! "from the other end, it was not pavi's voice.

I said "pavi can you hear me?"

And that's when I heard that rascals voice again "its her fathers call , already uncle hates me for something and I don't know the reason, so I don't want him to be burdened hearing my voice and be tensed that his daughter is tagging along with me, so I think its better for you to attend the call. Just call uncle and say that's she is fine and don't talk about the motion sickness and stuff to uncle, we will take care of her she will be alright in some time, I will go buy her something to have"

After a few seconds break "see pavi I am your friend so you don't have to feel awkward, no matter what others say I will treat you the same"

"and if you feel like vomiting don't vomit on my shirt , throw up in the dust bin near by, I will go grab something for you to have"

That's when I realized all boys might be same, but still there are friend who treats female friends with respect, and after that I disconnected the call.

Jae POV- I went to shop got some juice for pavi and some snacks as well

I put my hand inside my pocket to grab my wallet, that's when I saw the friendship bands that I got for all of my friends .

So I told myself that "first I will tie it on harini hand then the rest others"

I went to them and handed over what I got to rathika and lucky, saw harini was alone.

i went to her and took the friendship band from my pocket

I was *really really really very very very nervous* and right when I was about to grab her hand

She stood from her chair and started throwing up. I was shocked and nervous at the same time.

I grabbed her shoulder and made her to vomit in the nearby dust bin. After she vomited twice she become somewhat alright, after which I made her to sit on the bench which was near by, and told her

Jae – "harini have this juice , just now you vomited right ,so nothing will be there in your stomach"

Harini – "no jae! if I eat something again I will throw up.

Jae –" that's okay harini no issues, I will be there to take care of you"after which I recorrected the sentence and said "we are there to take care of you" and i saw our other friends and made harini to have the juice

I checked on pavi, if she was alright and saw rathika, who was checking on harini from the corner of her eye.

After harini become normal I took her bag , asked her to hold on to me and by supporting her I went where pavi, lucky and rathika was seated.

All this while the friendships bands was in my hand.

That's when we finally came near the entrance and there was the last ride which we were planning to go at last.

I looked at pavi and harini , who were not in the condition to for any ride, as they were already exhausted .

I asked rathika if she wanted to join, and as always she joined me, lucky chose to take care of harini and pavi.

Me and rathika went to stand In the que and we went for the ride

We were sitting next to one another and the ride slowly started and took us to the top

I was looking at my friends who were sitting on the bend and suddenly I saw the change in expression in harini's face

She went to lucky and said something for which lucky was saying something to rathika and they both holded harinis hand and took her

And that's when I realized, I was on top of the ride and at any second the ride may stop for a second and drop me from the top '

It was at this moment , when harini started having gag reflex and i saw her face sweating

I hate this feeling of mine where I am not able to be with her, when she needed me the most.

And there came the drop, I heard a loud voice of people screaming ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh..... at the top of their lungs….

But all I could see was harini with an weird expression on her face in slow motion and screamed ahhhhhhhh...….. .

Finally We landed on the ground.

But it was not over. because that's when the ride started again.

I wanted the ride to get over as soon as possible but to my surprise the ride didn't end there.

As soon as the ride got over I ran to harini, with friendship band still in my hand and that's when she stood and ran to the nearest dust bin and once again started throwing up and I was holding on to her hair from behind .

Once she finished vomiting I made her sit in the nearest bench possible

One thing which was going on in my brain right now was that, whenever I brought the friendship band near her she started throwing up, so thinking that

I threw the friendship band in the nearest dust bin.

And that's when this happened .. .
