At an obstetrician's clinic on behalf of Dr. Fransisca, Gea is undergoing an examination while Liam sits quietly in a chair looking at her.

"I found a bit of a problem," said Dr. Fransiska while draping the stethoscope around her neck. She lowered Gea's shirt again to cover her stomach, then walked to a chair near the table.
