One had to know that there were many types of energy; 'Qi' is the most common in all of the mortal world. There were more pure and better energies, like Aether or Yin and Yang.

While cultivating, one absorbs 'Qi' from the surrounding area, makes it their own, and stores it in their origin core.

Foundation establishment Realm is also kind of the same. One has to absorb 'Qi' from the surrounding area and establish a foundation; the bigger and stronger the foundation, the smoother their breakthrough in a later realm will be.

One had to know that, even though Luo Chen used The Eternal Grand Reincarnation Art, which degraded his soul, it was not damaged in any way. And even though there was no soul refinement in his world, that didn't mean that his soul was weak or that he didn't have talent for it. He had both of them, but he didn't know how to use them.

In Luo Chen's room,if one were to observe Luo Chen, they would just think he was meditating, but that was not the case for a certain someone who was passing through Luo Chen's room at the same time. This person was Luo Yuya, who had just returned from the training room. She suddenly felt something from Luo Chen's room; at first, her eyebrow went up, but it went down a second later. She glanced at the door of the room of Luo Chen with her cold, red eyes; she said "Interesting" in a low voice and walked again.
