In a world where only a girl can be born with a special power to protect humans from the monster... Ishida Makoto is a first-year high schooler who was born with two different eye colors green on the right and blue on the left. With this strange eye he gain a ability from his right eye which allow him to identify and analyze it just like a video game and with that, he became so popular in his school.

But one day when he went on a school trip his bus was under attack by a group of people which cost his friend's life and his little brother as well. With the pain, he can't bear to hold he promise to himself that he would find them and kill those people with his own hand.
