Helena stood in front of Alex with a blank expression on her face, one can hardly read her expression right now due to the fact that she is keeping a blank face.

After sending Michelle(Selene) to hell. Helena had called Alex out from Ethan and Roman to have a chat with her daughter's mate.

Yes..., she knew of all the happenings.

"The safety of my daughter is in your hands, if anything happens to my princess, I will hold you responsible for it" she said and Alex took his lips in. Was this the same feeling other men feels when they meet their mate's parents?

"I-I promise to protect her with the last drop of my blood, I will do everything to make sure she is safe, Even if it will cost me my life" Alex said and Helena smirked.

"You better keep to your promise, cause as you can see me, I don't go back on my words especially when it comes to my only daughter" she said and Alex smiled.

"I promise." He said.

"Stop smiling, I am not yet done" she said strictly.

"Am sorry ma'am."Alex said.

"She was in danger today because of you but luckily, we both have the same enemy. So I want you to be extra careful and please..."she trailed.

"If anything happens to my daughter.. I will.." She stopped and made the sign that she will cut off his head and Alex adjusted on the rock he sat.

"You understand me perfectly right?" Helena asked.

"Yes, ma'am." He said.

"Better for you.., so.." she was still talking when Ethan interrupted her.

"Excuse me ma'am, Alpha I think you need to see this.." Ethan whispered but Helena heard him and they all went to see what Ethan had called them for.

Once they got there, Helena gasped at the shocking scene in front of her, about four members of her clan's coven were there. They were Lucia, Graciela, Michelle and Louis.

Yes.. Louis and Michelle's dried corpse which was dragged from the forest by the hollering wind!

However...

Helena shook her head in dismay, looking at the people that she once called friends more like family and she heaved a rough sigh of relief.

Slowly, she stretched her hands towards their dead bodies and began moving them into the portal she made with the cleansing elixir.

She did it one by one till she got to Cerberus and...

"Ughmm.." she heard it growl weakly. Ethan wanted to attack it but...

"Don't.." Helena stopped him.

The guardian beast is not her enemy..., thou it did attacked them at first but it wasn't their fault. They were under Michelle's spell.

However...

Cerberus tried standing but his swaying body couldn't let him, so he had to signal Helena to come closer.

Helena walked towards him slowly, her face void of any emotions as she halted in front of him.

At that moment..

Cerberus groaned as he dug his claw inside his shoulder. Bringing out his hand, he had a small shiny object in it and he stretched it towards Helena, signaling her to take it.

Helena collect the object from him with a raised brow that has "what is this" look.

At that instant, Cerberus pointed his weak hand towards the Grimoire lying on the ground and Helena understood what he meant instantly.

Before Helena could take a step back, Cerberus made a bow to her and before he could take his breath, the last breath he took really turned to his last and he died, turning into a stone instantly.

After that moment..

Helena did as Cerberus, the guardian beast of the Grimoire instructed and destroyed the Grimoire with the object he had given her.

Seeing that everything was finally over.

Helena sealed the portal with the mystical sword and lastly, she took a deep breath before allowing her daughter's soul to take over.

Immediately, she changed back to her normal self, Kimberly didn't wait a second before running towards Alex who stood not too far away from her with a grin on his face.

So finally… it was over?! Alex thought inwardly as he spread his hand wide open for his not so little arrogant sheep, running towards him.

His hard chest welcomed his mate's soft one in a bone crushing hug.

" we did it..!" Kimberly said as she squealed happily in his arms and Alex nodded.

Almost immediately, before Kimberly could say anything else, Alex lifted her up in a swift motion. Making her legs wrap around his torso, his hands settled on her butt before capturing her lips with his in a passionate kiss.

~~COUNTRY Z, ROMAN'S MANSION ~~

~~ A MONTH LATER~~

"You look beautiful, I feel like eating you up right now," Roman licked his lower lip as Camilla fixed his tie for him.

They are now back in country Z. After Camilla's visit to her grandfather in country M. Old man Chen who was old man Liu's buddy, later found that Camilla now possess the power of Retrocognitivity.

It is the power to read people's past by touching them. That's was the power Seth lost when he bit Camilla's wrist that day at the club.

"Stop being naughty, it's still early in the morning." Camilla rolled her eyes before chuckling softly.

"And I think lovemaking in the morning is the best, don't you think?"Roman winked and Camilla gasped. She smacked his chest hard.

"Stop that, babe!" She frowned with pout. Roman grinned before leaning towards her ear, then he whispered.

"I love you baby, I'm insanely in love with you." he whispered before placing a kiss on her neck. By the time he pulled back to stare at her, Camilla's face was already flushed pink, she just blushed!

"You!" She pouted before throwing herself in to his hard chest and he immediately caught her waist.

"I love you too, babe.." she whispered against his chest and a satisfied smile spread on Roman's lips.

"Not much as I do, babe" he whispered back.

~~ COUNTRY M, LEE'S RESORT ~~

"Whoa!!!" Kimberly screamed happily as she ran around, feeling the cold breeze blowing her hair. Alex suggested they go out for a stroll and they found themselves here.

"This is so nice!!!" She giggled, twirling around, the gentle breeze blowing the sky blue short gown she was putting on. Alex got it for her just yesterday when they went shopping.

Alex smiled as he walked to her, he gently sat on the sand, watching his beautiful mate who was busy enjoying herself and making cute postures.

"Are you that happy?" He finally asked and Kimberly stopped twirling around. She sat beside him, panting softly as she let out a happy sigh before smiling softly.

"You can never imagine how happy I am right now. I've always wished to explore around but I never got the chance.. because I was busy planing on how to get my revenge but today you just made my wish come true," she smiled as she stared at his emerald orbs.

"Then, don't I deserve something in return?"

Alex asked with raised a brow, teasing her.

"Something? like what?" Kimberly asked, unaware that he was teasing her.

"Like a kiss? Or..." He leaned towards her ears.

"A hot make out?" He whispered and her eyes widened. She stared at him wide-eyed.

Can this man ever stop being shameless?

There are so many people there and she can't possibly.... she was shy.

Alex chuckled when he saw her expression, he got to his feet and stretched his palm towards her.

"Come here, I have something to show you," he said and Kimberly gladly received his hand and with the help of his hand, she got to her feet.

Not long after, they arrived at their suite.

Immediately they were inside, Alex closed the door and suddenly grabbed her from behind.

She gasped softly as he turned her to the door.

"Alex.." She muttered.

He caged her in between his arms and brushed his lips against her neck.

"I thought you said you have something to show me.." Kimberly said and Alex raised his head to face her.

"That can wait.., We want you right now.." His voice was horse and his breath fanning her neck sent shivers down her spine.

"We?" Kimberly asked confused.

"Yes we.., Sebastian and I.."

With that said, Alex claimed her lips in a deep passionate kiss.

Kimberly had to stand on her toes as she kissed him back with the same ferocity.

Not satisfied, Alex lifted her up, wrapping her legs round his torso.

Then, slowly they moved to their own world of ecstasy.
