Akira raised her head and saw their patient smiling at them. "Ma'am how are you feeling now?" Akira asked with concern.


"I am fine dear, thank you may God bless you and never part you guys" she said and smiled. Akira blushed at her words she rubbed her cheeks vigorously and left. Azlan winked at the lady and " May God accept what you said ". Then he explained her line of treatment and gave some medicines. 


    When he came out he saw Akira with a small boy, she was talking with him about something and making funny faces then, she quitely injected vaccine in his vein. The boy looked at her with amusement and kissed on her cheeks and left. Azlan was smiling foolishly while looking at her. " Azlan, man are you Ok?? " said Edward. Azlan jerked and " Yes, I am any problem?" he said with his cold look. "I know you since one year I have never seen you smiling even at jokes but look now you were smiling like a fool " said Edward. " None of your business " Azlan said and left him.
