LAST BREATHS

The candle lights suddenly stopped flickering and the chilly wind became normal again. The old seer fell to the ground and her eyes opened with a tired expression.

"What do you mean by saying she would die. Why would my grandchild die, what was her fault in all this?" Old granny cried sorrowfully.

"It has already been written. I only say things that I see." Amalia responded.

"Can't you do something. Isn't their a way which we can change her fate. Their has to be something, speak to the spirits and try again!!" Granny said in one breath.

"I'm sorry I can't help you I could only dive into a person's life once. I'm just a mere seer." The old lady said with a sad voice.

Granny nodded with teary eyes.

"I understand , thank you" She said sincerely as she stood up to Leave"

"You don't have much time left , I see it very close, it's knocking at your door. Tell her, she deserves to know" Amalia said.
