Waiting For You

Erin woke up to a chilly day with gloomy dark clouds in the sky.

So she put on a jacket and headed out to University

At Fudan University, Erin sat in a packed lecture hall listening to the professor.

"The mid- year exams are coming up and so I need your complete and full effort." he started.

"The results of the mid-year test will contribute 25% to your final grade." said Professor Stevens in a clear loud voice.

The door of the lecture hall opened and a delivery courier walked in holding a huge black, cylindrical box of pink roses.

The courier asked the Professor something and Mr.Stevens pointed up at Erin.

Erin felt her stomach drop.

The courier came up the steps and placed the huge box of around fifty roses on the table in front of her.

Her face flushed RED from embarrassment, the whole hall full of students laughed and whispered, some were pointing at her.

Reema and Fay looked like they had seen a ghost.

Erin didn't know what to do.
