The Golden Pyramid

Xiang Wu drove fast.

They arrived outside of a club named The Golden Pyramid.

It was located in a part of the city well known for it's gangsters and crime lords.

Erin and Xiang Wu stood outside of the building. Erin looked unsure. Xiang Wu stood close at her side, and she nodded to him.

They walked up to the entrance.

A bouncer stopped them from going any further. Xiang Wu said something to him in Mandarin and he stepped aside letting them in.

Xiang Wu and Erin walked down the dingy dark steps into the club below.

Fluorescent lights lined the mirrored ceiling and half naked women, wearing cheap gold headpieces walked around offering drinks. Tables of rough looking thugs and suited gangsters sat opposite the bar.

A huge man with a scar down his right eye stopped in front of Erin.

He grinned at her and said, "Why you come here pretty girl?"

Erin looked disgusted at the man. Xiang Wu moved in between them and said, "Where is Chen Li?"
