No Regrets

Erin woke up, and checked the time, it was 8am. During the weekends Daniel would spend extra time working out in the gym.

Erin got dressed and washed her face. She decided to join him downstairs.

Erin found Daniel wearing headphones and hitting a punching bag. His face red and dripping with sweat, he was completely focused and didn't notice Erin watching him.

She waved to get his attention. He took off the earphones, "Good morning Erin."

"Hi..." she said timidly.

He wiped his face with a towel and sat down on a bench.

"Do you want to work out?" he asked looking over at the treadmill and grabbing a water bottle.

"Yeah okay, but I actually... wanted to say sorry for last night." she came over and sat beside him.

"Mmm?" he gulped down over half of the water.

"It's unfair for me to judge you for relationships you had in the past... and I get that you are trying to control your anger issues." she said sheepishly.

"My anger issues?" he repeated with a cold expression.
