Feelings of Frustration

Daniel Yang waited in the back of the limousine, checking the time on his watch.

Erin opened the door and got in and sat beside him.

Her face looked reddened and she panted breathily.

"What took you so long?" he asked with an annoyed look on his face.

She forced a smile and apologized, "Sorry... I had to use the bathroom first."

"Let's go," he ordered the driver.

...

They arrived at T'ang Court restaurant and entered together. Daniel held Erin's hand as they walked in; the hostess' face lit up seeing Daniel enter, but when she noticed Erin her smile quickly melted away.

"Mr.Yang, welcome back." said the young woman.

She stared at Erin with an air of contempt and envy.

Daniel coughed awkwardly, and pushed his hair back. He turned to Erin and said discreetly,

"Sit down and I will get us a table."

Erin nodded and went to take a seat in the waiting lounge.
