Everyone was waiting for Judge to come and announce the results. But Jordan's eyes were searching for Nora in every corner. In previous hearings he was neither nervous nor scared but this time he got nervous not seeing Nora there by his side.

Cullen put the evidences in front of Judge which points out on the authenticity of reports and also brought original reports according to which there was not a single trace of saliva on Misty's body neither of Jordan nor any other man. Also, he produced a blood report according to which traces of that drug were found in Jordan's blood report.

Finally Judge declared his decision, giving clean chit to Jordan and sentencing Misty for putting false allegations on Jordan by producing infringed reports results. Judge announces five years of imprisonment to Misty and closed the case.
