104 Loose Tongues Speak Truths

Lina entered the restaurant first, while Andrew dealt with the valet.

"Your coat miss?" said the hostess.

The hostess took Lina's trenchcoat and she began to feel self-conscious as she looked around the high-class establishment.

The restaurant was named 'The Big Apple' and was situated in near Madison Square Garden with a stunning view of the city at sunset.

Lina looked down at her casual jeans and plain black strappy vest top. She wasn't really prepared to dine out, so she quickly ducked into the ladies room for a quick freshen up.

She untied her hair and applied some peachy, pink lipstick from her bag.

Lina rummaged around her handbag for anything else but all she found was a small sample of perfume that she had taken from the hotel bathroom.

She finished the sample on her neck arms and chest and pinched her cheeks to provide a flush of color.

She approached the table where Julie sat in between both her father and Andrew, leaving one empty seat beside Andrew.
