"Back to my place?" she repeated looking hesitant, "Umm... I don't think that's a good idea Will."

"Why?" he smiled, "I want to see how you're living... Or don't you want me to come over?"

Lina bit her nail. It wasn't that she didn't want to, but she didn't want to fall into the same spiral like last time. If they were alone in a private space, something was bound to happen and she didn't know if she was strong enough to say no.

"Fine," he said looking moody, "I get it. You don't trust me."

He pulled out a cigarette and lit it, holding the stick between two fingers and inhaling sharply to disguise his disappointment.

"It's not that I don't trust you," she said placing her hand on his leg, "I just want to wait a little, we rushed it last time and I feel like everything got really crazy."
