[To clear some confusion, which you are getting, Simon is Old man Robert's (Carol's father in law) adopted son. When his son (Carol's husband) got died, he adopted Simon (4 years kid) to save his property from Carol, as Carol can snatch it on the name of Alima. 


Alima is the daughter of Carol and Dale. (Carol's assistant which was killed by Jackson when Albert and Jackson Kidnapped Carol).  Alima doesn't have any relations with Roberts. Carol has just used her, faking her as Robert's daughter so that she can snatch Robert's property.]
