Mr. Jason Merchant and Mrs. Elizabeth Merchant are Justin Merchant's Parents.

Ivana Williams is wife to Justin Merchant.

They have two beautiful children who are Keith Merchant and Kenzie Merchant who're on their eighteenth years of life.

Edward Collins and Nancy Collins are more of a family than just friends to Justin and Ivana Merchant. Justin is best friend to Edward and Ivana is best friend to Nancy. They have this beautiful daughter Alyssa Collins who's six months younger than Keith and Kenzie.

Miya Gold is Ivana's best friend since they grew up together in the orphanage. Mark Gold, Miya's husband is a school friend of both Justin and Edward. Mark and Miya have a son named Mateo Gold who is now sixteen years old.

Abigail Merchant, Justin's sister who's now Mrs. Abigail Adams is happily married to Mr. Grayson Adams and has a cute daughter Celeste Adams. She's fourteen years old.

The three gentlemen that is Justin, Edward and Mark are business partners who run THE MERCHANT GROUPS OF INDUSTRIES, Edward's Fabrics company and Mark's Wine company together. Abigail and Grayson together run their own Entertainment company.

Ivana runs the company together with Justin. Nancy being a renowned model of her times now runs a training company for the models and Miya is a professional photographer.

Noah Bennett, Keith's best friend is son of Mr. Harris Bennett who's also a very good friend of Justin Merchant. Lucas Hudson is Kenzie's boyfriend who is three years senior than her.

ALYSSA'S POV:

"Aly... Are you awake?"

Mom calling me from the door brought me back from my Lala land where I was lost at the moment when we shared a handshake, when I felt his cold yet soft skin.

"Yes mom." She entered to my room with a glass of hot chocolate with that beautiful smile on her face.

"Thank you so much mom. Today's birthday party was really amazing. I love you so much."

We were having kind of mother daughter moments when we heard someone coughing. Of course, how could my daddy dear miss the chance?

"Oh daddy I love you too!"

We shared a family moment together for some time like we do every night before going to sleep. We three might be hell busy with our own works and duties but at the end of the day, we're always together.

After having a sound sleep, the next morning seemed very beautiful to me. Wow! I woke up on time, I'll be there by eight thirty at school. We have an intra college basketball match at nine today. I'm super excited about it, he'd be playing for his team.

He's the captain of basketball team of our school. The way he plays basketball is so freaking impressive. On top of that, he looks extremely handsome in the jersey.

"I'm coming to you within fifteen minutes, be ready bitch." A message popped up in my phone.

Oh no! Why's is this girl like this? Couldn't she text me last night so that I'd be prepared? Now if she won't find me ready when she comes, she'll surely eat my brain and I can't afford that at the moment. I can't let her lecture me, we can't be late for the match.

Damn this bitch! I wanted to look pretty today but because of her, I couldn't look like how I had imagined myself. Well, I don't look that bad either.

"Hey you duckling, ready?"

"Yes I am. Now Ms. Kenzie, would you please explain why are you here at my home at seven? It's too early to go to school right now, literally an hour and a half early."

She made herself comfortable on the sofa and hinted me to lock the door. Ah, some secret I see. There's definitely something going on in her brain which I feel isn't too good.

"We have some projects remaining at the school."

"Are you kidding me? There's no such project left for this month."

"That's what I have told in my home and also, to your parents."

"Don't tell the project's name is Lucas Hudson."

"Smart huh?"

"I should've guessed it earlier."

She rolled her eyes and stood up. "Let's go, we'll leave after having breakfast. I'm super hungry which isn't good. I shouldn't look tired in front of my baby you know."

Mom was serving food to her like I and dad don't even exist. "If you remember, you have a daughter and a husband who lives in this same house, mom."

"Oh come on Aly, don't be so dramatic. Edward, please serve for Aly and yourself darling." Dad laughed looking at my face before serving food for me and also for himself. Kenzie was teasing me with that irritating smile. As I wanted to keep my mood happy, I stopped looking at her and focused on my breakfast.

After completing our breakfast, dad left for his office while I and Kenzie left on my car.

"So you asked the driver to drop you at my place today?"

"Of course, I didn't want to leave any chance for dad to get a slight hint of where I am going."

"I don't think he'll keep an eye on you. You're his princess after all."

"I know he won't but I'm still scared. You know how possessive he is regarding me. I can't even imagine how he'd react if he gets to know that I have a boyfriend. It's only you and Keith who knows about it."

"Ah ah, you're forgetting someone in the list."

"Oh yeah, that loudspeaker knows it too."

"Why would you give such name to him when he has quite a good name? Noah, the name sounds good."

"Though his name is beautiful, I'll still call him a loudspeaker who can't keep calm and mind his own business."

"Come on Ken."

"Whatever! Well I don't want to spoil my mood by thinking of him when I'm finally going to meet Lucas after so long."

"Where had he been? As much as I remember, it was a month ago when you two met."

"He was busy in his university, he's a topper after all."

"Yeah I know. By the way, what's the plan today?"

"Nothing much, just have a coffee at the cafe, kisses and back to school."

"You know what, it still amazes me that you haven't taken any bold step yet. I mean you go to bars together, spend hours together and still nothing more than a kiss."

"I'm very clear about it Aly. I don't know how will dad react on knowing about my relationship but I don't want to disappoint him. He trusts me with all his heart and I swear I'd have told him about Lucas. But he's still a student, so I'm waiting for him to settle down before talking to dad."

"Yeah I understand. Lucas seems to be a gentleman to respect your decision."

"Yeah he is, why don't you join us on coffee?"

"No way! What am I supposed to do between a couple?"

As we reached to the cafe behind our school, Ken got out of the car after I reminded her to come back on time. I saw her sitting on a corner table with Lucas, he seems to be a nice guy. I haven't had quite a frank introduction with him yet. It's always awkward to stay between a couple so I haven't got to have few proper words with him yet.

I was continuously looking at my wrist watch and thankfully, she came back on time. As the match was announced, I and Kenzie got to the seats. My eyes were searching for him and he entered in the court along with his team. He looked so damn handsome, so damn good!

Every one was cheering for him, the girls were drooling over him. I won't lie, I was feeling jealous. But something caught my attention which caused my heart to flutter suppressing the jealousy I had.
